They also feature a perforated metal grill with an acoustically transparent scrim cloth to enhance the speakers appearance once installed. All evóQ speakers, except sub woofers, are paint-able. They also feature flip out tabs for easy installation and removal. The On-Q/Legrand evōQ™ 7000 speakers include a switch under the cover labeled “Treb” that has a (-) setting for bright rooms with hard surfaces or (+) setting for damped rooms with low reflections due to carpet, drapes, and upholstered furniture.
