Doesn’t stay synced with remote

I truly recommend that no one buys this product at least not from Best Buy. The remote does not stay synced to the toy once it is in place and the toy dies very fast. On the Best Buy website there’s nothing that can be done about this issue and when I went to the company website this particular model is no longer available. Honestly a waste of over $100 for something that does less than a toy for $50. I am highly disappointed in this brand and I will be reaching back out to the company itself and hope that they do resolve this issue.
