The all-in-one computer works well in my office space. The 27” screen really makes viewing items easy. A second monitor is easy to add. The 12GB allows the computer to run multiple programs at a time. The flat cell phone charger is a nice add. Now, the reason for 4 stars, instead of five. The need to charge the wireless keyboard, rather than having it battery operated is a hassle with the cord. There aren’t enough USB ports or HDMI ports for people who have to connect/attach additional items. The location of the existing ports, located in the back of the monitor, is not convenient and requires the user to walk around the computer to access it. The pop-up camera ‘feels’ a bit flimsy in its construction.

Our family needed a "home base" computer and we have all loved and enjoyed this Lenovo IdeaCentre 27" Touch-Screen All-In-One. Not only does this desktop look beautiful and sleek, it offers a charging pad and a powerful JBL speaker with great sound quality. The accessories are lightweight and hold a charge for quite some time have held up very well to daily use by multiple family members. We have been very happy to have this desktop in our home!

An ideal desktop computer for daily tasks, general visualization of tasks, movies, videos... at a great price for everything you have. And the best thing about an all-in-one is that it doesn't have many cables. wireless mouse and keyboard. wireless devices charging. Amazing!

This all in one has better specs for a better price than any of its competitors. The screen itself is worth the price. Great touchscreen response and quality rechargeable keyboard and mouse included. The charging pad on the base works but you have to place the item just right to get it to charge. The color palette is elegant and hip at the same time. Not a fan of the pop up camera but what are you gonna do...Not a lot adjustability in the screen hinge. We use this for Adobe illustrator and other graphics heavy apps.

Hi there! Hello! Thanks for choosing the Lenovo IdeaCentre A540 All-In-One. We are pleased to hear the features and performance of the A540 All-In-One are meeting your computing needs so well! In order for the Keyboard to work you need to make sure the wireless Bluetooth connector has been removed from the battery compartment of the mouse and plugged in to the USB slot of your A540. Also you may have to physically plug in the keyboard to charge it's battery before it will connect to your system,

Very dissatisfied!!! I purchased my Lenovo computer 1 year and one month ago. I hardly ever use it and I was told by Best Buy that everything else that has been purchased had hardware coverage EXCEPT the computer. The touch screen panel of my cpu is going out and all I can do is purchase another one, or personally pay for whatever the problem is. I don’t and will never refer BEST BUY to anyone. I was going to purchase another washer and a tv in the up coming two weeks but I’m definitely going to shop around elsewhere.

After 9 months and hardly any usage it broke and the screen had strange bubbles on display and I couldn't control the mouse and nothing would open. It wasn't the keyboard or mouse that caused the problems either. Troubleshot that.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo IdeaCentre A540 27 All-In-One System, model number F0EK007HUS. First, check to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10/11 on the computer. Then update all BIOS files and drivers up to that latest version of Windows 10/11. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10/11. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.

I bought this PC for production work and was shocked by the quality of this thing. Absolutely stunning design, fast and small footprint, even with the mammoth screen on this thing. It has have a built in wireless phone charger that is actually surprisingly useful. The audio is outstanding as well. Even the mouse and keyboard that come with it are among the best I've seen. What killed this for me (and required a return) is a major issue where some (maybe all?) of these have an issue that if you let the machine go to sleep, it may never come out of it. Initially, this didn't happen to make until a few days in and it is unnerving. The power button blinks (as intended) and no amount of moving your mouse, hitting your keyboard or even pressing and HOLDING the power button will fix it. You have to physically unplug the PC from the wall to get it to wake back up, which is a major problem. I ended up turning off sleep entirely but over time was not thrilled about that either. Lenovo really needs to release a fix.

My previous desktop PC was/is a Lenovo B320 All-In-One from 2012, which I still plan to use. I wanted a bigger screen for Photoshop (and a processor which could support it). My B320 almost cries when a Windows Update bears down upon it. There are a few pluses and minuses I found: *** Minuses *** --The monitor wiggles, unlike the heavy, stable B320. For now I taped a couple of sticks to the sides for steadiness. The center-balanced base of the monitor makes for a small footprint, but not stability. --The speaker is on the bottom of the screen. This terrible location loses treble, so I put a folded sheet of paper under it at an angle to deflect the sound forward. The base of the stand has holes in the front, leading one to think they are speaker holes. They are not. --The keyboard's on/off switch is hard to find and use. --The keyboard has the Delete key big and vertical near the Enter key. It's handy, but not what I'm used to. --The keyboard has no feet in the back to raise it up. Doesn't anybody care about ergonomics anymore? I rolled up a cloth under the back to give it a better angle for typing. --The keyboard and mouse use up two of the four USB outlets. It's not a big deal for me, and the keyboard cord is only needed for charging. Still, it's worth noting. *** Pluses *** --They put the Ctrl key back on the far left where it belongs. (My B320 has Fn-Ctrl, which is annoying). --The screen is bright and crisp, which is the reason I bought it. My B320 and my laptop have the same screen resolution despite the large difference in physical size. This screen has a higher resolution than most PCs. Don't be fooled and assume that because a screen is physically bigger that it has more pixels. --The processor is zippy and 12GB should last me for a while. --The keyboard feels very solid. The battery in it probably helps. --The mouse works well and feels comfortable. --The monitor's angle is adjustable (but not the height). My biggest requirement in choosing this PC was the screen resolution. Next, I wanted to stay with Lenovo. Third, I needed to see it in person, because you can't judge a PC on specs alone. The annoyances I can handle or get used to. I like the all-in-one concept - it keeps things simpler.

Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaCentre A540-27 All-In-One system, model number F0EK007HUS. There should be little if any wobble of the screen, especially if just typing on the keyboard is the source of the motion causing the screen wobble. Be sure you have securely connected the base to the screen of the IdeaCentre A540-27 AIO system. This all in one computer is a great product. It’s sleek design makes it suitable to be utilized in a smaller area than most computers. The large screen is one of the best I have ever used. It is easy to use, and provides speed and clarity to all of it’s functions. Best computer I have ever owned. I would recommend this to friends and family.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo IdeaCentre A540-27 All-In-One system. If you need to regularly use USB ports at the front of the computer, you may want to consider adding a USB Hub with extension cable, like this one, there are many varieties, this is one example: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/startech-com-4-port-usb-3-0-hub-black/4487058.p?skuId=4487058. You can even add a USB extension cable to this Hub if you need more room to place the hub where you need it, like this: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-12-usb-3-0-extension-cable-a-male-to-a-female-black/6356680.p?skuId=6356680

I love everything about this computer except for two things. Lack of USB ports which is very important to me and the mouse is horrible. Computer speed, screen size, picture quality are all excellent. Very lovely design.

I had never used a touch screen until I bought my new Lenovo - IdeaCentre A540-27ICB 27" Touch-Screen All-In-One. It took awhile to get used to it, but as long as I wipe my fingerprints off the screen and keep it clean -- especially after I've had a donut or two -- it works beautifully. the computer is also great.
