First AIO

Have only had it for a month, but so far impressed with the speed and load times. Windows 11 takes some getting used to. Unfortunately my old canon pixma printer wasnt compatible (no driver for windows 11), so i had to buy a new one. I do not miss the disc drive, i never really used it with my old desktop. Camera only 720 so dont expect great video, but it gets the job done. I was able to snag it on sale so great value for this AIO.

Works great for the price, so far runs fast, no issues, setting up was easy. Over all a great choice for general computer usage. Have not tried any gaming on it yet though

Computer was missing the adapter for the keyboard and mouse why4 stars. Rest was all in great condition, set up was simple. Monitor is perfect size. Best Buy customer service handled the missing adapter quickly and superb service they get a 10. Very happy with everything

Good computer, but not for beginners

Computer is quite different than my older model which it replaced. Geek squad installed. The installer did install it, but was unfriendly and couldnt wait to leave. Failed to install/connect printer and remove packing material and old computer. Learning curve for compuer use is high, but slowly learning. Speedof computer is excellent.

Regarding learning how to use your new device, in advance, this is a lengthy response, however we want to give you and other readers of this response as much information as possible to help ensure you get the most out of your computer. Built-in to Windows is an application called “Get Help”. This app is a way to reach out to Microsoft and gain access to information that may help resolve your issue. You can find this application by selecting start on the taskbar (windows logo) or press the windows key on the keyboard then selecting All Apps and scrolling until you see the Get Help application. Or, you can repeat the first step and enter in the search bar “Get Help”, and the application should populate. This app is a way to reach out to Microsoft and gain access to information that may help resolve your issue. You can find this application by selecting start on the taskbar (windows logo) or press the windows key on the keyboard then selecting All Apps and scrolling until you see the Get Help application. Or, you can repeat the first step and enter in the search bar “Get Help”, and the application should populate. This is my second Lenovo All-In-One computer. First one lasted 7 years, only reason had to replace is because Microsoft was stopping support and updates for Windows 8, could not upgrade due to system requirements for WIndows 10. I like the large screen, very easy set up and was ready to go in minutes.
