Customer Ratings & Reviews

The game makers really upped the standard of PCs. This computer is FAST, very compact, and was super easy to setup/ install.

I recently upgraded to this Lenovo IdeaCentre Tower, and it has exceeded all my expectations! If you’re looking for a desktop that balances performance with a modern aesthetic, this is the one. I love its Blazing Fast Performance as Between the Intel Core Ultra 5 processor and the 16GB of DDR5 RAM, this machine handles multitasking like a pro. Whether I’m working on heavy spreadsheets or streaming 4K video, everything is snappy and lag-free. It's compact & Quiet Design. The Luna Grey finish looks premium and fits perfectly in my home office without taking up half the desk. Plus, it’s remarkably quiet—I barely even notice when the fans are running. It's also asy Setup.I was up and running in less than 15 minutes. It’s truly a "plug-and-play" experience. Modern Connectivity: Having Wi-Fi 6E and a front-facing USB-C port is a game changer for fast file transfers and stable internet speed.

Purchased a Lenovo PC recently. I am happy that an employee when I expressed concerns about no disk drives (no other manufacturer do) the emploiyee explained how I could use this outside device. When I returned the next day because I could not get my existing monitor to work - He explained that I might need an adapter - which I purchased and installed. This device rectified the issue and the monitor worked. I am now happy with the computer much faster and I still need to explore many of the features. I choose Lenovo because I have a laptop and know it to be a good product. The employee wedt over the features and assured me that this model was the best one for my usage. Very happy with the service. Nice Surprise This model also came with new keyboard and mouse

Fast for my needs. Mostly streaming, surfing and word and excel use. Extremely quiet!! No fan noise. Also very compact so fits on my desk with monitor perfectly

Works great. Supports latest software. Quiet and compact for small spaces.

Decent , level desktop that won't break the back. Specs are pretty good for the price (yes you can do some light gaming here LIGHT) Lost 2 points because graphics driver issues gave major problems and factory reset had to be performed on day 1, been running fine since then though .

Super simple setup easy transaction, the speed I needed for today and tomorrow.

The speed is amazing! I’ve only had it up and running for two weeks, and there have been some issues with some of my older equipment, but everything seems to be working out, and that pleases be greatly. I always caution giving a review at this early of a stage in my purchase, but I don’t expect it to change toward the computer.

Good speed, provides upgrade needed, had to return to store for adapter needed for monitor, rear audio port did not provide sound with my speakers- had to plug into front port. Recommend staff review potential customer needs when upgrading older systems

Great PC. I bought it on sale. I would buy them again.

So far, so good! The speed is much faster than our previous computer. It was a good value for the price. Meets our office needs.

The operation of this CPU and its housing is as expected. HDMI connection is compatible with an array of monitors on the market.

Easy setup and software implementation. I was online and Using my desktop computer to do my daily routine, like keeping track of my finances.

Excellent value. Performance is great for a mid priced desktop.

This is a good PC, I got it on flash sale for a great price. The processor is fast, and ram is good. Handles adobe apps well. I was able to add a stick of ram but unfortunately, there is not an extra slot for a graphics card, so you will only have a single FireWire to run a single monitor. You can add a janky usb adapter but you’ll lose 4k and fps will be choppy. Great if you just have one monitor.

We had a lenovo that was replaced in 2015. IT warned us in 2022 that it was too old. We just replaced it with a Lenovo in 2026. What I like is the longevity. It is used in the home-office.

This is a very good tower, I have high speed fiber, you never have to wait you click on something and wham it pops right up.10/10
