Who can I contact at Lenovo for a warranty refund? I bought this from BB and a Leno warranty when it arrived.Lenovo sales confirmed this was a refurb/used computer. I returned it to BB, Lenovo warranty said no refund. Not Honest - off to Dell if not fixed
