Q: Doe it have Word and PowerPoint installed?
A: No. You'll have to pay for the upgrade. It has the online version built into the Edge browser. That version is very limited and basic, and you'll always need a web connection, but for basic tasks it's good. It's about the same as Google doc's. I installed the free LibreOffice to be able to work offline

Q: Is this a touch screen one?
A: No.
