This was an excellent computer while it lasted. The problem is that it died within the first two weeks of purchase, causing a loss of some important documents. The battery was good, screen quality beautiful, and the size was very convenient. The warning signs of its impending death was that it would shut down unexpectedly. I thought that this indicated a battery issue although the battery was showing up as mostly charged, so I started using it only while plugged in. That seemed to fix the problem, but the next day the IdeaPad simply wouldn't start up. That was its demise. I don't know if this is an idiosyncratic fault of the particular computer, or if all of the IdeaPads have a tendency to fail so crucially.

I love this laptop. The sleek design. The touch screen. Everything about it is wonderful! I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Love this refurbished computer. It is very fast and easy to use. I had no run into any issues with it. The display looks amazing too! I love it and I'd recommend it so far!

The laptop has worked out well for my granddaughter. The only problem is it does not shut down when you shut the lid and the music continues until you do a hard reboot. But it is so much better than the laptop she was using before this purchase.

Laptop worked great for 31 days until the operating system crashed, likely due to an update from microsoft. Best Buy would not fix the issue in-store despite our having the 3 year protection plan. It would take up to a month to repair after they ship it out to wherever, so we are attempting to return it for a full refund

My son loves it! He uses it for his studio / microphone set up

Very bad product, laptop keeps freezing. It hardly boot. The laptop is really bad, I will never never recommend it for anybody to buy. A bad product. You can’t use it for 3 minutes without freezing.

I am very pleased with this purchase. The used laptop was in perfect condition and came with all necessary accessories.
