This is the first Lenovo that I have purchased and I love it. It's easy to use and navigate. Easy to set up. I did have a hiccup with it but customer service was awesome and it's running great. I definitely recommend this Lenovo.

Finding a 10-key with 16GB PLUS a touchscreen at a reasonable price is quite difficult. This is a perfect machine. Quick enough with sufficient RAM to run multiple programs but w/o the price of a gaming machine.

USB Port stopped working 3 weeks after purchase

The laptop is nice to handle, and it comes with two USB ports. One of them I use for the mouse. The other port stopped working about 3 weeks after I purchased the device. Since I live on Aruba, I cannot go to BestBuy to simply return /exchange. Very dissappointing and limits functionality: every time I need to connect some USB devices, I need to unplug the mouse. It appears to be a hardware connectivity issue. Very poor quality - do not buy
