Works very well for school work; very fast loading! It is also lightweight and small, making it easy to carry around all day. The features are also very useful like the fingerprint scanner and built-in camera cover! The display is a bit dim, but very clear, and the AMD integrated graphics and processor make it great for light gaming (i.e. Roblox). Lastly, it charges quickly and has amazing battery life so all the more to make it a great choice for busy people.

I own 17 laptops (yes I'm obsessed). If I had to pick a favorite pc laptop, it'd be this one. The size and design is basically perfect. The best part is the keyboard. It even has a slight texture to the keys, which feel perfect. Do not get the recent Intel's, get AMD Ryzen 5500 series. Better performance, no driver issues, and better battery life. Using the Lenovo pen though, makes feel like I'm about to scratch the screen. It just doesn't glide well.

Arrived fast and in excelent condition. I was surprised it looked brand new as it was the cheapest refurbished I could find anywhere.

Totally worth it no issue fast loading solid system

I've had this laptop for about a month now. The first few days it was a little hard to get used to the smaller size of the screen and keyboard and Windows 11 but I can't complain, everything runs very fast and it's pretty decent for gaming. Also: I'm not usually a fan of touchscreen laptops but this one is admittedly pretty good. One warning: make sure to turn off your laptop if you store it in a small closed space like a backpack, I did it once and it was overheating.

This Laptop met my expectations in every way. I went from a very old 16 gb laptop to this, so it was a big change, but so far I'm enjoying it. It came in nearly mint condition, with just a small scratch or two on the cover. It doesn't overheat, it's lightweight, it functions well, it has an amazing data capacity—I couldn't be happier, especially for the price I paid.

The laptop works really well. It looks like new and works like new. Every spec is exactly as described. To my surprise, the battery cycle is only 2 when I checked it as my first thing after turning it on. The exterior is also flawless. No scratch or dent. The lid came with a sticker skin cover which gives it a metallic feeling. I initially thought that this was to hide some engraved company logo or scratches. But there's nothing under it after I torn it off. I haven't found out why this is refurbished after one week of use, which I believe is a great thing.

Works awesome, very fast and smooth. Only co.plaint is the battery isn't great. Id say 4 hours on a heavy work day.

This laptop was even better than expected. The condition was as new. A Lenovo charger that was not listed in the desciption was included. The price was great, not only on the laptop but on the software I purchased. In the weeks I've used the laptop it's worked perfectly, very fast with fantastic monitor color and brightness. Super happy!

Received wrong laptop. Description said grey and I’ve received a blue one. Protection plans shows it’s covering a different laptop than what I have received. Best Buy is no help and I called corporate and they said they would resolve the issue. It’s been a week and issue hasn’t been resolved.

Very underrated and fast laptop very premium also the tablet mode is a killer feature

The laptop itself is very reliable however I received it with a screen defect and had to contact Lenovo to get it repaired which they did thankfully. I hope it lasts a lot longer for my wife.

Bought this for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. She loves that this screen turns around!

In theory this is a nice, capable and good looking convertible laptop. But now I can't get it to turn on, it's past the BB return period and will have to ship it (and my data) somewhere for repair or replacement (while I use what as a laptop in the meantime??

Good for college and school and a bit of gaming will get loud a hot

Gets stuck in standby mode. Need to force restart the laptop.
