I have owned around 3 lenovo computers and they are my absolute favorite, this one tops that list. I was in the market searcing for a laptop with a great build, a laptop that can game, and has great specs. I am a Tech person, and although there are reviews saying this laptop will not be able to game I can assure you that is absolutely false. This computer runs tripple A titles such as Red Dead Redemption, Call of Duty, Minecraft, all at 90FPS. The gameplay is exceptionally great and smooth, This computer can game FLAWLESSLY. However, do keep in mind this computer is NOT a dedicated gaming laptop, while this is not a super high end graphics card, the RTX 3050 can handle pretty much every and anything you throw at it, gaming in low to medium settings will give you optimal performance, most games I played at high settings and had no issues, the 16GB Of ram really helps with the performance. This laptop mirrors the Asus Zephryus g14 except this one has a seriously better build and a better screen and this is more reliable. There is no doubt, you’re getting a great PC. That can handle gaming with a breeze, Keep in mind if you want smooth gameplay go to Nvidia’s website and install the (GAME READY) drivers instead of the studio drivers (yes it comes with studio drivers, but downloading game ready drivers won’t harm it), This will ensure you have the latest game ready performance!! This step is very important, if you do not do this, then gameplay could potentially become laggy and full of bugs… This laptop also gets quite hot, however this laptop is meant to be a work horse, which means high temperatures are expected and won’t cause damage to the laptop, just make sure you’re in a well ventilated area if you are going to push the performance hard! I would highly recommend! This laptop also comes with windows Face ID!!!

I got this while it was on sale for $900. Absolute steal. The slim design, light weight, and incredible specs make for a great work computer, with a great potential for gaming and is a workhouse for intensive work tasks. Great battery life as well, vivid screen.

As someone relatively new to gaming laptops, I must say I'm thoroughly impressed with the performance of this laptop. Pros: 1. Battery Life and Charging Speeds 2. The combination of the AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS processor and the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card with 16GB memory delivers smooth and responsive gameplay, even on more demanding games! 3. The 512GB SSD ensures fast boot-up times and ample storage for games and files 4. The touchscreen adds a convenient and intuitive way to interact with the laptop Cons: 1. The screen could be brighter Overall, this laptop has exceeded my expectations and has quickly become my go-to device for both work and play. Highly recommended!

I would say it's a great laptop for it's price. It can do everyday tasks on the web and still be powerful enough for games. However, there are some instances where the computer lags out, but after a reboot everything is back to normal. This has only happened to me once, hopefully it doesn't happen again. Be warned, the battery life is not like the claimed 10+ hours or something, it's more around 5-6 hours, but it charges to 100 really fast in 30 mins. The display looks really clear and smooth, probably one of my favorite things about this laptop.

As someone who has primarily used MacBooks, I was initially skeptical about switching to a Lenovo laptop. However, after using the Lenovo Slim 7 Pro, I can confidently say that it’s a game-changer. The Lenovo Slim 7 Pro effortlessly tackles coding, video editing, and resource-hungry tasks. Its Ryzen 7 processor ensures smooth performance. Plus, with up to 13 hours of battery life, you won’t be caught off guard. The Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 GPU adds a dash of graphics magic, and the 14.5-inch touch screen keeps you productive without breaking your back. A few quirks? Sure, but overall, it’s a gem. Saad at Best Buy (Willowbrook, Houston), Thank you for suggesting it to me.

This is my first Lenovo and I wasn't sure about it because, frankly, I'm a Mac, but I bought this laptop mainly to trade stocks which use programs that don't work well on Macs. Runs fast, screen is clear and beautiful (like my beloved MacBook!), keyboard backlight is helpful, love the bio login. Very happy so far! Pick up at my local store was a breeze.

I didn’t do any research when I grabbed this laptop & ended up LOVING IT , on top of finding out it’s touch screen as well…. Works amazing when it comes to editing if you’re a content creator. 10/10 highly recommend, especially because everyone around me thinks this is a MacBook but it actually isn’t , it’s better!

Great laptop - good balance of function for both work and light gaming. The 3050 is somewhat limited with what it will support moving forward, noticed that with games I was playing. Great design, sleeker than most gaming laptops, solid quality and keyboard. Glossy 2.4k screen was the deal breaker for me so I returned it. If that doesn't bother you it's a great buy.

Awesome laptop for both everyday use & school use! Runs all my programs quickly and efficiently every time. Love that it turns on as soon as I open it. Very sleek design and high quality feel to it. My first laptop outside of the Apple atmosphere and I'm really loving it 8 months later.

I need to break this down into two reviews. One for Lenovo, and the other for Best Buy whatever department that handles Open box items. Lenovo: The display was amazing and the best part about this device, next the overall build quality and the keyboard deck were great. Much better than another ultrabook i have from them as well for work. Annoyance? The 3050 6GB refresh chip is NOT that great. They didnt put a mux, bios cant switch it to always be active only disable and its not much more powerful than the 680M in my testing with Heaven and Valley benchmarks. Then LTT released that video about Nvidia and the crap their pulling and it all made sense. THE PROBLEM: Lenovo it seems at some point after this came out, based on forum posts on lenovo support and around the web, totally BORKED again the USB C ports for DP 1.4 support. And will not connect to any of my dongles (Steamdeck dock, Two HDMI Dongles, my Travel montior, and a Thunderbolt 3 Dock). This is just as bad as my work laptop which is a Slim 7 14IAP7, and was also advertised originally as DP through it, but i cant use it directly, but at least the dongles work on its TB4 ports. This 'PRO' version with a dedicated. It seems some firmware for bios ruined that and you can only get the video out over the HDMI port, so its totally FALSE ADVERTISING. Doesnt help that lenovo doesnt make the older firmware available officially. COMPALINTS & PROBLEMS WITH BESTBUY OPEN BOX DEPARTMENT OF CHECKING HARDWARE FOR RESALE I got this laptop, and then the price changed. I got the laptop and i thought it was bent even tho i selected open box excellent. And it was just SO DIRTY that it wasnt sitting flush on the granite counter. I got this item and you know what i found? I found out from running tests on it that the SK Hynix 500GB SSD in it has been on for over 2500 hours. 104 DAYS???? Not only that but the drive has been written to Roughly 13 Terabytes already?! So for over three months someone used this (explains why half the warranty was already consumed in Lenovo Vantage) and wrote 26 times the drives capacity to it in that time? Thats not a gently used item in my opinion. THATS heavily used for a very specific thing and then returned! I tried to get customer service to adjust the price down to at least the Good value (but really the Fair Value at $470 at time of writing) but they wouldnt do it. I just had too many inconveniences with this device and decided enough was enough. I really wish this thing was better but Lenovo you are making me want to look elsewhere for a machine because thats two devices you've failed to support properly that youve advertised features to me. **Shakes Head** IF YOU READ THIS AND YOU BUY AN OPEN OBOX COMPUTER ALWAYS RUN CRYSTALDISKINFO and see how long it was in use! Learned my lesson here i think. Long story short, it was reset, sent back in its wrapper and I better get a refund on my account.

Lenovo computers in general have always been one of my favorite computer manufacturers. This computer is awesome, its sleek and runs very well. I can easily play a few rounds of TF2 without my computer lagging or overheating. I've had it for about a month now and I've had no problems with it- even with the fact I bought an open box version.

The design is quite nice, very sleek with rounded corners. Although I do wish it were more square, like the m2 macbook. It does run fairly hot, but expected as this thing is a powerhouse! It rivals my MSI gaming laptop. The keys are a little slick for my taste. Otherwise, highly recommended.

The computer is perfect for performing daily tasks, and the battery lasts on average half a day of work, which aligns perfectly with my expectations. Additionally, the aluminum chassis is simply perfect.

This laptop is a steal when it's under a grand. I really don't have anything bad to say about it. While not excellent, the speakers are not as bad as some people have said.
