Great product! Can a couple days later than expected but was shipped with great care!

Let me start by stating that I never had a negative in-store experience. This item works well and I recommend it, but not if you have it shipped, and expect it to be delivered on time. I purchased this item from Best Buy because it was stated in the product availability section that if I chose delivery, I would receive the item the following day. When I checked on the order the day it was to be delivered by FedEx, I saw that it had still not been picked up from the Best Buy facility in Maryland. Living in Pennsylvania, I knew it was a near impossibility that I would receive the item as stated at the time I placed my order. I immediately contacted Best Buy Customer Service via live chat. You can see in the first screenshot from the live chat that the Best Buy agent stated the item had been picked up, and would be delivered during that day. Please note the Best Buy agent sent this response at 10:47 am. After obtaining the tracking number, you can see in the screenshot I took from FedEx’s tracking site that the item was not picked up until 3:27 pm, so the Best Buy agent lied when they said it was picked up at 10:47 am. I was told during the live chat that because it had been picked up (it had not been picked up until 5 hours after the live chat with the Best Buy agent) that the order couldn’t be cancelled. You can see in the third screenshot from the FedEx tracking site that the item was not delivered until three days after it was picked up. When I knew it was not going to be delivered on time, I immediately called the credit card company to file a dispute (this was done on the day the item was supposed to be delivered). I sent multiple screenshots from the Best Buy live chat as proof that I was lied to, and that the item was not going to be delivered on the day it was supposed to be delivered as stated by the Best Buy agent. I used my Best Buy credit card for this purchase. Fast forward, the dispute was rejected because Best Buy stated that the item was delivered. This was not why I filed the dispute. Moments after receiving the dispute decision, I immediately accessed the Best Buy mobile app the initiate a return, and I the item was two days past the date it could be returned. To say that Best Buy’s Customer Service agents are lacking is an understatement. Again let me be clear, I have shopped at Best Buy for well over 20 years and never once had a negative in-store experience. Unfortunately I am now disabled, so getting out to retail stores is very difficult. I now know if I am unable to get to a Best Buy store, and or I need an item to be shipped, and need it on the date it is promised, I will find another retail seller.

Good delivery and works as it should, very satisfied

I’m really impressed with the Lenovo Tab Pen Plus. It’s lightweight, comfortable to hold, and feels very natural when writing or drawing. The accuracy is spot-on, with no noticeable lag, and the pressure sensitivity makes note-taking and sketching feel smooth and precise. I was pleasantly surprised by how well it works for both everyday tasks and creative work. The battery life is excellent, and pairing it with my Lenovo tablet was quick and effortless. Definitely worth it if you want a reliable, high-quality stylus.

I bought this after purchasing a pen that didn't work with my tablet so I wasn't sure what to expect. It's just the right weight for me. Not too heavy, not too light. I had no idea how much of a difference it was going to make over a simple stylus. It has just the right amount of sensitivity for easy writing and clicking.

This pen work perfectly with my Lenovo, it does everything it says it does, if you don't use it that much the battery life is excellent, but if you do its still good. Very Pleased with my purchase, TY, will definitely recommend

This is the first Lenovo stylus & tablet I've used; over the last week-and-a-half I've been very happy with the responsiveness of these devices. I've had more success with this than the S-Pen/Galaxy Tab S6 lite I've used over the last 4 years. The handwriting to type written transfer is more accurate with the Lenovo product.

Very light and useful for my notes. I bought it for my daighters Ipad. And she uses it to take quick notes at her classes in college.

After testing several options (including some much more expensive ones), this stylus has been a pleasant surprise. If you're looking to boost your productivity or just want to stop leaving fingerprints all over your screen, this is the best investment you can make. What I liked most: Surgical Precision: There is no noticeable lag when writing or drawing. The tip is firm yet smooth, providing a very natural feel- almost like using a pen on paper.

This pen writes really smooth and works pretty well also the best part no worries with batteries

It is compatible with both my Lenovo Tab Pro AND my Boox Go 7 B&W. I have two of these pens, since switching between devices with a single pen was a problem; the single pen kept disconnecting and seeking the other device when it was paired with both at the same time. I now have one pen paired with the Tab, and one pen paired with the Go 7, this works fine. I added a tip cover made of silicone over mesh to give the tip a softer less tappy feel.
