I've literally had this computer out of the box for 2 hours and I'm already in love with it. The fingerprint sensor is great for logging in, the hidden USB port for a wireless mouse is a really nice touch, the keyboard feels great (and it's backlit), the webcam shutter is a nice touch...there is nothing that I can say negative about this PC. I still have some customization to do, but I'm absolutely in love with this computer so far. I have to figure out how to get the backlit keyboard to stay on permanently (I'll find it) and toggle the Fn keys (I'm an old-school PC user who shuts down the computer via alt-F4) but those are all things that I will be able to figure out. This is a great computer. The Windows 10 Pro is also a bonus because I use FireFox as my browser and OpenOffice as my word processing application. You can't get these with Win10 S (without converting) so that was also a selling point. (Note; I'm replacing a 4 year old windows computer with an AMD processor and 4 GB of RAM and a spindle HD. This is like going from a $1500 car to a $50,000 car! Love it!)

I have had my new computer a little over a month and so far no problems. It took me a little while to get everything set up but that was me not knowing what I was doing, but after a call to tech support they were able to get me straightened out.

I bought several for our company and so far all have been rock solid. Easy setup, set them all up at the sametime, loaded all work necessary programs/files and units are still running solid after abuse from the workers.
