Not worth the trouble

I would not recommend buying the Lenovo ThinkBook. While some of the features of the features of the laptop I bought are handy-backlit keyboard, touchscreen, having to mess with it (the battery won't charge) before a year is up means I will not be considering this brand again. I've had two Dell desktops, both of which lasted over a decade and only had to be put down because the operating systems was no longer supported and the hardware couldn't be upgraded to accommodate it. I've had Samsung Tablets and an Asus Chromebook that have lasted longer than this laptop with no problems. I'm trying to get it to run diagnostics and it's stuck at 99%.

We're sorry to hear that you're having such trouble with your ThinkPad. To try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem.
