It won't complete updates if it's connected to the docking station. You need to unplug the docking station for it to finish cycling past the shutdown procedure. You can schedule updates to only occur at a time where that would be convenient for you but it decides it needs updates outside that timeframe and you won't know until you're starting at the Lenovo logo for 45 minutes waiting for it to turn on. It often refuses a command. Example, I currently can't open "display settings" because it refuses to acknowledge the prompt in any style (right mouse click list, start bar, or from program). When that function HAS worked, It hallucinates a 4th display window that doesn't exist, which is a problem if your cat walks across the keyboard while you're trying to "forget" the screen and he accidentally makes it your main screen... fixed by unplugging the docking station which reverted all windows to the laptop screen thankfully. It just barely functions and there are too many glitches. It's very annoying that it operates at the speed of snail right out of the box. For nearly $3k, I expected a functioning computer at the very minimum.
