I wont buy Refurbished again. Infested w/ viruses
I do not understand how a computer can have several viruses out of the box. Set it up, connected to wifi, downloaded norton antivirus and it found SEVERAL viruses and over 100 infected program files. Absolutely disappointed that Best Buy would be involved in selling products with viruses out the box.

I bought this as a refurbished unit so I didn't expect it to be perfect. But when I received it, it was not cleaned properly and it had a crippling virus on it that prevented me from using the device at all.

I should have waited. This computer constantly shuts down. Mouse only works half the time, NO CD/DVD Would neve buy again.
