Works awesome involving my two extra screens and my laptop. Gives me extra views in my drum room when doing my lessons or contracting to my WiFi. With no lag when I was streaming from my phone

Very well made and easy to set up. The only issue I have is the cable supplied with the product. It is too short. For our use…it needs to be 3’ plus…twice the length of the your supplied cable. We called Lenovo Support and they were no help at all. They charged us $60 to join a “membership.” That was later cancelled. We just bought a top of the line Lenovo Yoga Pro laptop and this docking station to replace an aging tower. Very pleased with everything but the cable length and awful support experience.

I've not really used a dock before purchasing this one, and I had a lot of trouble at first - before I realized I wasn't using the Thunderbolt port to hook up my laptop! It's been over 6 months now, and it's been solid for me. I use two 4K monitors and my laptop is a Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Aura edition laptop and a bunch of USB connections. (But I've also tried it with a Mac and it seems to work.)

The dock works great once you get it set-up. Does require user to install drivers from the Lenovo website. Pay close attention to the images on the guide. They don't spell things out clearly. Ensure your plugged into the lightening port. and that your laptop charger is plugged into the dock.

This docking station turned a powerful laptop into a multiscreen desktop with ease. When considering replacing our desktop it made sense to have a portable option when needed. Highly recommend!

Ordered mid-August, failed in early October. Followed all available reset instructions to no avail. Not recommended. Ann expensive item for such a short lifetime.
