This brand new 1/72 scale plastic model kit of the Hawker P.1127 Aircraft (Level 1) by Airfix comes in the manufacturer’s original unopened box with vintage-style packaging. The kit contains 37 detailed parts molded in light gray and does not include a display stand; paint and cement are required but not included. Assembled, the model measures approximately L-8, W-4 inches. The Hawker P.1127 was an experimental aircraft that became the foundation for the Harrier Jump Jet, the world’s first operational V/STOL (vertical and short takeoff and landing) jet aircraft, developed by Hawker Aircraft in the late 1950s and early 1960s.
