This is a brand new 1/48 scale plastic model kit of the Junkers STUKA JU 87G-1 Tank Buster Bomber Aircraft (Level 4) by Revell. The kit features colorful decal artwork, a 4-piece canopy section, pilot and co-pilot figures, and 2 underwing 37 mm BK cannons. It contains 53 detailed parts molded in light gray and clear unless otherwise indicated. Paint and cement are required (not included). The model comes in vintage-style packaging, is an officially licensed product, and measures approximately 9.25 inches in length, 12.25 inches in wingspan, and 2.875 inches in height when assembled. The JU 87G-1 Stuka, used by the German military in World War II, served as an extension of artillery, delivering pinpoint bombing from 1939 onward, particularly on the Eastern Front against Russian tanks. While the early Stukas were highly effective and notorious for the ear-splitting screech of their sirens, their slow speed and light armament made them less effective as the war progressed. It comes in the manufacturer’s original unopened packaging.
