Features we love: design/style, quiet, fingerprint resistant stainless steel, counter depth but quite spacious inside, & extra ice bin in the freezer. Delivery and installation also went smoothly. Highly recommend!

This refrigerator has just the right amount of features/size capacity for the price. Got fantastic deal on open box. Can’t find any issues with it…perfect counter size for my needs and helps to avoid losing items in back of shelves. This all comes with caveat that it was only recently purchased so I can’t speak for durability at this point…

I love my new LG 22.1 French Door refrigerator. I love the space in the refrigerator and the freezer. I like that the stainless steel is handprint proof. It also makes and dispenses ice in the freezer and the door. I’m enjoying really enjoying my refrigerator.

Absolutely love our new fridge. We were skeptical at first about getting a counter depth unit, but it has been amazing at helping us to be mindful of what we have on hand. Since we've had it, none of our food has gone to waste due to being "lost" in the back of the fridge or freezer. We also love the dual ability to get ice from the dispenser as well as the container below. And it fits beautifully in our new kitchen. Best purchase we could have ever been "stuck" with.

Nice refrigerator. We have had it for a yr. Got the black ss french door. Counter depth. Worst part about this style frig is freezer section section top drawer is difficult to access items. But this is the case with all counter depth french doors refrigerators. would be nice if you could get water while the right door is open like our side by side we have in basement. Have had a couple issues with ice maker. It does what it supposed to do. It does have the dual ice makers which is nice when we need extra ice. We will see how long it lasts.

Sleek look and design (we got black stainless). Water unit and ice maker work great. Lots of storage in fridge. Storage in freezer is a little tight, but that’s the only complaint.

I absolutely love my new LG fridge. It’s a low profile counter fit & looks great. There is plenty of fridge & freezer room. I own many LG appliances and they never disappoint. More than pleased with my purchase.

Lots of ice and so roomy. We bought this fridge specifically for the icemaker we use a lot of ice and our previous fridge made hardly any ice this one is great.

I absolutely love it. It’s very spacious. Not noisy. And freezer is also very spacious.

Finally completed our kitchen remodel in late March and this looks great in it. It’s larger than it looks and the dual ice makers are huge in Florida.

This frig is so quiet compared to the other one we had. We love it. The only thing I am still getting used to having an ice tray for catch the cubes instead of just pressing the button and they appear. It is great though when you need more than just a few ice cubes

Only owned a few weeks but so far very happy. Like the fact that the water dispenser can hold a large cup. Also, like having the dual icemaker, both on the door and the freezer below. Has a nice deli compartment. We have not noticed it being noisy, periodically you hear ice drop and then a few seconds of water line but it’s not on going. Nice size door trays. Finger proof

Pros: 1) Love the look of the stainless steel 2) The smudge proof finish is awesome 3) Ample amount of space Cons: 1) *Very noisy compared to my previous Samsung Fridge which was a 10 year old replacement! LG shod make this fridge quieter!! 2) The front panel lights come on when you open the fridge door. This might affect future reliability. LG should have a way to turn of the display lights as an option for customers. 3) I drained 3 gallons of water and still the plastic taste. It took another 3 gallons for the plastic taste to go away.

I love the fridge thus far. I am struggling with a small leak from the ice dispenser. I’m extremely pleased with the counter depth. I don’t feel like I’ve lost any space on the inside.

Love our new refrigerator. I can reach everything and having a choice of crushed or whole ice on door is great. Freezer is a good size for ice cream and meat.

Although I had to wait a week to receive my new fridge, it was absolutely what I wanted and was worth the wait...and extra ice in a cooler. The counter-depth fridge is perfect for my kitchen, although I’m still discovering all of the great features. So glad I found the patience to buy what I loved vs what was readily available.

Within 2 weeks out of the box, had major leaks at the water line feeding the ice maker. Turns out that even a tiny bit of ice in that line (the line is heated, but this is just at the interface of the unit with the outside) causes a leakage back through the fitting. Then the ice maker stopped making ice. Tried every troubleshooting step in the manual and on-line. Called LG again and requested a replacement refrigerator. Was told that it needed high-level management decision, which was denied later that day saying that my refrigerator didn’t qualify for a replacement. First, way to go LG in empowering your employees (not). Second, a $3,247 refrigerator should certainly have better quality assurance than this. Shame on you LG.

Gorgeous to look at inside & out. Super smart & roomy inside. Can’t say enough. Love it!
