We've had this refrigerator for three weeks and are still raving to friends about it. Along with its spacious 28 cu. ft. interior, we keep finding new surprises in its features -- temp sliders for deli drawers, custom settings, and our most favorite, the "craft ice" second icemaker. When we bought it we didn't really understand this feature, but it is a separate, second icemaker that plops out beautiful spherical ice cubes into the top freezer drawer. Perfect for fancy iced drinks and company. The right refrigerator door has deep storage bins, and access to food throughout the refrigerator is excellent. We are experimenting with the controls and status state that we can access through the Wi-Fi app, and my wife and I each can access the app on our separate iPhones. Overall, a remarkable refrigerator at a great price!

I really like the fridge. I am glad I decided to go with this one. I like how big it is. I love the craft ice. The stainless black is so beautiful and I love how great it looks in my kitchen. I like how easy the freezer doors close. I don’t like that the left door slams so hard when it’s it closes. You also hear all the moving parts meaning water filling, ice dripping it doesn’t bother me but you do hear it. I wish the drawers were deeper but I love having three of them.

Makes excellent use of space, it seems like there's so much more room than our old fridge even though they are the same size. Ice maker is fast and we love the craft ice. I didn't think that I would care so much about the double freezer but now I can't imagine going back! Looks nice, a great fridge.

The wife and I really enjoy the dual ice cube features. Can you put plenty of storage on the top fridge and then the two drawers in the bottom really open up possibilities for storage separation to keep raw meats contained. Won't lose stuff like in your French door fridge. Couldn’t imagine having any other fridge. Never going back

Love the dual ice. Seems like the refrigerators today have small ice capacity but this one has an ice tray in the freezer drawer. The large cubes are funny at first but they seem to work. No fingerprints on stainless. Love it

It’s so pretty! And holds a lot. 2freezers helps to organize. The craft ice is so cool- literally! It took 24 hrs to make ice in the door and 48 hrs to make craft ice. Loving it so far. Was just delivered earlier this week

Love my new refrigerator. Looks great, has plenty of room for everything and is pretty quiet. Had to wait about a month and a half, but I’m very happy with it so far.

I bought the fridge from the outlet so part of my review is influenced by that. My unit was slightly dented and the water purifier tray is a little loose. Overall, though the unit is great and was a clear upgrade from my broken unit and I could get it at a significant value. As a durable good, I expect I will update my review but so far the unit works perfectly and I am happy with the purchase. It has two ice trays which are really convenient and the double freezer at first I thought would annoy but is actually a pleasant feature.

This refrigerator is fantastic. It has lots of storage, makes craft ice and easy to clean inside and out. Love the French style doors, so simple to remove and stock items. Install was a bit of a challenge. Make sure you measure carefully. Our installers worked very hard for over an hour and even came back after several failed attempts to get it into our kitchen on a 90 degree day. We eventually took the refrigerator doors off ourselves and reinstalled them very easily. Just be careful when removing and reinstalling.

This refrigerator is the real deal! We’re upgrading from a 24 cu ft with no water/ice and what a difference does it make. I’ll never buy another water pitcher or filter again! We use the craft ice cubes all of the time and is a hit when hosting parties. The layout is super spacious and having the two freezer drawers is surprisingly helpful for food organization.

My double ice maker french door refrigerator is amazing. The storage shelves on the door are perfect. It is so much larger inside than my samsung french door one. I love the ice maker too. Your service guys were fast, professional and eager to make sure we know how to use it

This is our first LG refrigerator and the best and most spacious one we’ve ever had! We love everything about this fridge including the ice maker. It even comes with an app to control the settings!

Great upgrade refrigerator over my previous one. The craft ice feature really is impressive, such a nice addition for someone like myself who enjoys a neat pour. A few stumbles setting up the wifi connection with the LG app, but eventually resolved after a few tries. My biggest complaint so far would be that the dispenser has a pretty long hesitation before starting to fill my cup. Nothing major but definitely an adjustment from my previous refrigerator.

So far I really like how quiet it is. I’ve only had it a few weeks but hoping it will last awhile. I love the craft ice! Best ever.

Great space inside of the fridge. upper freezer drawer is nice and lit up from the fridge drawer but bottom freezer drawer is dark, no light to shine down from upper freezer drawer. Other than that it would be a 5 star, definitely a 4.8! This replaced our Samsung that kept having ice making issues.

This is the best fridge we have ever owned!!!!!!!!!!! we had whirlpool and Samsung before this fridge. Its huge and I love the two separate freezer door. The best part of this fridge is the craft ice we entertain a lot and everyone is always so impressed. Do not buy Samsung worst mistake you ever make.
