Worst experience with any kind of appliance and install. Installers have never installed this unit before and didn’t know how to convert it to recirculate. The install instructions say to convert to recirculating you must secure wall diverter plate but doesn’t mention what a wall diverter plate actually is. It also says to purchase charcoal filters but fails to give a part number for you to purchase. I have scoured the internet to find answers and there is nothing other than other reviews saying the same thing as me. This is absolutely useless to me. It is half installed on my wall bc the installers didn’t know what to do! So I have an ugly shrink wrapped hunk of metal above my stove. Do not purchase if you need your hood to recirculate. This is clearly not meant for that! Unacceptable. No one at Best Buy knows what to do either. I don’t want an automated response to this review either that says to contact you. You have my information so you contact me and make this right!

Fan speed is phenomenal. I can't say I bought this hood for any other reason than to match my other LG Black Stainless appliances. There's a lot of cheaper options out there that will perform similarly. Bad news is also the finish on this hood does scratch easily. Good news is that the hood extension it came with was move than tall enough to reach the ceilings in our 9' kitchen.

Over a year in and still love it! It is somewhat loud especially once you get past level 3 on exhaust. The touch buttons work well but if your hands are wet or if like me you run cool it can be difficult to press. Overall aesthetic and function are great!

We love our hood, easy to manage, have a nice light and keep our house odor free from cooking.

This vent is absolutely awesome, wifi, stainless steel, stylish, slickness, modern, and efficient. i would recommend this to anyone.

Great air movement. Relatively quiet. Interesting Bluetooth connectivity. Still figuring that out. Shows every fingerprint. It would be five stars if fingerprints didn't show up every time it is touched, even in the slightest.

Hood looks nice and works well, but is listed as a "convertible" hood when LG responded to an email saying that the model is NOT convertible. Other competitor websites state this model is also NOT convertible. So either Best Buy is blatantly lying about the product and features or LG and other competitors are... It's also strange the install instructions state you can install charcoal filters for recirculating, but LG does not sell any for this model.

Range hood matches up perfectly with our LG range and works great. Its maximum length is 48 inches so keep that in mind when you consider it. For our kitchen it was a perfect fit.

It is very light weight. The color looks very shiny.

Item was dented when Opened.. Best Buy backed it 100% and sent out a replacement

This product came dented. Best Buy did not want to help me. LG just keeps transferring me. Crappy service all around.

Delivered a damage product. Trying to reach to customer care but no response.

Came with missing parts, apparently I purchased the last one because I can’t receive a replacement. I called support and they can’t send me the missing piece. So I’m screwed

I really like this vent. It does a great job. It definitely is a good buy.
