Happy now, purchased June 29, 2023, after 3 post postponements finally installed October 6, 2023 due to mishandling it by Best Buy. Cooking a Filet Minion tonight, looking forward to it. Now I own LG Washer and Dryer, Refrigerator, Cook-top and Wall Oven, top of the line products.

‏after six time of used four months old ‏door lock not open we can’t use the door I totally understand maybe the unit defect but my problem is. customer service of LG, not professional at all. I love LG, but I don’t like the customer service at all very bad service very bad and cheap customer service you have to spend too many hours to explaining to follow everything to fix your problem if you’re looking for customer service don’t go with LG. I’m not really recommended. Even the app very bad. I’m poor. I’m never gonna buy LG anymore.

My old LG wall oven needed to be replaced. I liked it so well that I decided to purchase another LG. This newer model has a probe, can steam cook and is an air fryer. It also has a two-tap oven light. You can tap the oven door twice and the inside light comes on. This way you can check how things are cooking without having to open the door and letting the heat out! LG you think of everything!

Product is a 5. All the bells and whistles, cooks evenly, looks sleek and modern. Best Buy get 1 star. The installation scheduling has been a complete nightmare, I have total tech and ended up paying a company separately to install out of pocket because their scheduling system is ridiculous. I also received it dented. Cosmetic issue, not a functional issue. But to replace will take another 6 weeks.

I’ve waited my whole life (27 years of being a homeowner) for a new kitchen & new appliances & LG does not disappoint! This oven is so beautiful & has a feature for everything! The display is easy to use, not overwhelming. I haven’t tried the sous vide yet but for general baking it’s perfect.

This oven looks great in our kitchen. Very sleek and modern with all its functions. We are looking forward to using the air fryer function too.

Working great in the month it’s been installed. We have not used the steam function yet, but all other features have been great. One caution is that because both oven spaces are tall, the door is deep when open which is a practical issue if you are short. Two of us are 5’1” and cannot reach into the cavity from the front but have to reach in from the sides.

All of our previous Lg appliances have been great. Hoping this will be also. Install in 6 weeks.

Love it. I can bake dinner in one and dessert in the other.
