This product is fantastic! We are in the process of renovating our Condo and moved our washer and dryer out of the hallway closet into our master walk-in closet. This stackable sleek unit saves space and can handle more clothes than my other units. The paint finish is superior and the controls require a light touch. Installation by the delivery guys / professional appliance installers looked so simple. The energy efficiency is fantastic and the Full size units are quiet and smooth. I find that the easily centralized controls on the center as a great feature. The drum lights and blue controls incorporated in the wash tower are cool looking. The washer and dryer has large stainless lighted steel tubs with the anti –vibration system (washer) which is an added treat. The large stainless tubs are great for large towels, jeans and a large comforter. No more snagged fabrics. The steam and non-wrinkle cycle work very well and the advanced technology helps. The sanitize feature is great for homes with children and pets for those tough times. The washer is low but you get used to it, not a problem for us. The unit cannot be heard throughout our home unless you're in the room due to its LoDecibel operation. The speed wash is very handy and it spins the clothes enough to facilitate drying them very quickly. I actually dried a load of jeans in 25 min. This unit is superior in many ways, there’s no comparison to my old stackable unit. There are videos on tube that can help you set the system up with your existing Wi-Fi. The wash tower connects to your Wi-Fi allowing it to be controlled by the thin app which can be downloaded. The app alerts you when filter and vent duct cleaning is needed.

The LG wash tower is amazing! It takes up less space and with its sleek design, it makes my Landry room look modern. The washer and dryer are very quiet and efficient. Overall, my family and I really enjoy it and it makes doing laundry a breeze!

This LG Wash Tower changes everything about doing laundry. The first thing is the large capacity. Large enough to expertly clean a king size comforter with a set of king size sheets. Can't do that in a machine with an agitator. Second is the IA's ability to know what type of material you are washing and pick the perfect settings for you. It even senses the load size. Then there are the little things. A light in the washer and dryer it great. The little song it plays when a cycle is finished is awsome. The overall size of this unit is very small and fit perfectly in my tiny laundry area, but the machine itself is a monster for large loads. It cleans amazingly well. Clothes don't get tangled up in it. The app that works with it is great. It has so many features. Got the gas dryer and it feels when the clothes are dry and shuts itself off. It dries quickly and if I don't pull the load out right away it periodically turns a few times to keep wrinkles away. If you have a shirt that is a bit wrinkled, just toss it in with the steam setting and it refreshes and takes the wrinkles out. Overall the LG wash tower is quiet, doesn't wiggle around and cleans clothes perfectly. I love it and recommend it to everyone.

I’ve been using my LG washing machine for a while now, and it’s been excellent! It runs quietly, cleans clothes thoroughly, and has great energy efficiency. The multiple wash settings are easy to use, and the spin cycle leaves clothes nearly dry. I also love the sleek design. Overall, a reliable and high-quality appliance. Highly recommend!

We purchased the LG washtower specifically for the center control panel. I didn't realize how beautiful the LG stackable washer/ dryer with tempered glass looked. Amazing a full size washer and dryer in a compact size. Using the wifi function opens a whole new world of options. I am very happy with the purchase.

Looks amazing. Just the few inches saved in the overall height of this unit over a traditional stacked set makes all the difference in creating a smaller overall profile that doesn’t overwhelm the laundry room. Super quiet. Love the steam feature. App is very useful, although some functions are only available through the app. Picked it up on sale which made it an amazing value over a traditional set in regards to the features it offers.

Beautiful modern design, slick, easy to navigate display. Relatively quite operations. Not so easy to carry on because of the one piece machinery is quite heavy. So needed extra couple pairs of hands. Otherwise very nice purchase

Excellent washer & dryer with a great design. Quiet, functional and easy to use since the controllers are located in the middle. Delivery was also easy and crew was professional. They did go the extra mile to make it fit and did a great job. Kudos to Best Buy.

This washer and dryer combo has been amazing! I’ve been using it for about six months now and nothing has gone wrong, it’s very easy to use and does such a great job cleaning all my clothes. The space inside was a lot bigger than I originally thought it was going to be. Overall a great product and I will be a loyal LG user.

Cleans like a gem and is surprisingly quiet on my second floor appartment. It's equally stunning to look at with its reflective material. Love how the App lets me customize and tells me when my loads are done. No more forgetting something in the wash! Very pleased with this purchase!

I absolutely love my new stackable washer & dryer it has so many different features that make it easier for me to operate & use also I really like the fact I'm able to wash my king comforters without the mashine over flooding

Excellent product easy to use. instrument panel is located easy in the middle of the machine. I don’t have to reach way up at the top in the wash comes out much better looking and faster.

The first unit delivered had to be exchanged immediately because the washer would not fully drain. Best Buy was great and they were replaced quickly. They still leave a bit of water on the bottom of the drum but the benefit of having the single slim unit is worth it. Smaller footprint and same drum sizes. We were able to replace 2 side by side units with this stack and add cabinets and counter space. Love the controls in the middle and when u buy warranty u only have to purchase it for 1 unit instead of separate washer and dryer. Clothes are a bit wetter coming out of washer but the dryer takes care of things in one run. I’d give 5 stars except for small puddle at the bottom of most washer loads but the gain outweighs the negative.

Nice unit. Washes and dries really well. Many options to choose from though you need to use the app to find all of them. Make sure you or whoever is using this unit is comfortable with using a phone app to control it. Otherwise you will be using only the basic preset functions. Also look for rebates from your local utility company. We were able to get a $150 rebate from the water company and $75 rebate from the gas company (we use natural gas where we live). I like the steam on the dryer. Really good for jeans and dress shirts.
