We just recently purchased this TV for our bedroom as we complete a new construction home. Every TV I own is an LG and the new interface and remote with cursor makes the smart TV functionality that much better. Browsing YouTube and other video platforms the mouse pointer just makes sense and it is easy to point, navigate and click with! I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a midrange size TV with top quality picture and experience.

Bought this last month for my guest room, moving up from a 12y/o 23"... This beautiful TV is THIN and light,.. I set it up fully in 10minutes, looks great! There's soo much in the settings if you want, including turning off the little illumination LED (standby light). With a fast-wifi connection and on-board smartApps, the only cable used is the power cable. Audio is sent to my stereo receiver via bluetooth, but guests also remark that the built-in speakers sound great for their late night viewing. Very happy with my purchase!

Overall I’m very satisfied with this tv. The picture looks great in 4k and webOS works well. The magic remote is a nice feature, especially when having to use the the on screen keyboard. I would recommend this tv to friends and family. This isn’t my first LG tv and I don’t think it’ll be my last.

Best bang for your buck TV at the time. Also, an underrated feature is it's remote since it act as a point and click, not having to use the arrows as well as a vertical scroll wheel and microphone. The best OS on a TV at the price with a fast voice assistant and Alexa compatibility.

Great picture. Lots of options. Sound options are absolutely incredible. But it is a little difficult to get used to using. Especially with the remote that has the mouse feature. Still trying to figure out how to turn the mouse feature off on the remote.
Really great TV! I don’t normally watch TV, but ever since I’ve purchased this TV, I’ve been glued to the screen. Really great picture & quality. Not to mention the price as well!

I bought this tv and a OLED on the same day. The OLED went in my bedroom and this one went in our guest room. This is a great TV. I like the Menu setup. The smart TV apps work pretty good. I would say great but they are a little slow to load and function. They are way better then the Samsung I had before but not a fast as my Apple TV. The remote is great in that you can point at things and click. Or you can do like any remote and arrow up, down, left, or right. I can not stress this enough. The picture is great. I would even say as good as the OLED picture. If you don’t wan’t to pay the price for OLED but want a great TV this is it. As for what I don’t like. Updates. They have updates so often it is daunting. They don’t just do it in the background. They have to let you know. Then you have to accept the download. Then while watching TV it has to let you know it downloaded. Then it wants to inform you it will install the next time you turn the TV on. Then of course you forget. The next time you turn the TV on, poof there it is running an update. You are stuck looking at the update screen thinking I just wanted to watch TV. But that is not the worst part of it. I can get past the updates. I feel like as times go by they will get less frequent. This is the part that really gets me wondering I would recommend this TV to a friend. They have the same grey banner that comes up about the updates. It comes up with advertising. Telling you about service you can get. I am glad it only does when you first turn it on. And only last about a minute. But I still hate it. on their website people have complained and they have reduced it. But I feel like it should be stopped. It is a great TV. Let just hope LG doesn’t mess it up with an update or drive people away with constant up sales.

I'm fairly happy with this TV, with only a few "meh" opinions about it. The screen is nice and clear with 4K and HDR capabilities. Like with any other TV I own I'm not happy with the built-in presets for color/brightness options so I customize everything. My other LG screen is OLED so I'm possibly spoiled by that. This TV is for my at-home office and is mainly on for background noise and to watch/listen to the news, or maybe a movie during my lunch, so I'm not going to be too picky about it. My only real complaint about the screen so far, and the reason for only 4 stars, is the visibility. I sit about 6-7' away from it, and if I moved a foot or 2 away from dead center then the image begins to slightly lose it's vivid color. This is a shortcoming of this kind of screen and is known, but I was hoping for better from a UHD ThinQ. The adjustability of the blackness and contrast is a huge benefit with this TV. The WebOS is easy to get around and there is a wide array of preferences to work with. It is not very snappy, but I'm not sure if that's the WebOS or the TV. I don't have cable in this room and am impressed with the LG Channels that are offered up. Mostly movies and TV. The TV is light and fits comfortably on a shelf in some built-ins. For the price point, this TV is excellent. If it was going in my main living area I would have selected an OLED screen, but for occasional TV watching this is an excellent choice over others in the same range and offerings.

The initial set up was easy but registration takes a long time. The picture quality is vey good. I do not like the arrow pointer that shows up. You can stop it but can’t find a way to stop it in the menu so it won’t show up all the time. The menu for the apps is difficult. Much easier with Apple TV which is more user friendly.

The LG UQ9000 was pretty good tv overall I would say. The picture quality and smoothness was good, especially when considering the price. It has two hdmi 2.0 connections and one hdmi (eARC/ARC) connection. The magic remote was nice use, as it allows you to use it as a pointer (think Wii remote) to get around the menu/on screen keyboard. My biggest dislike with the tv is that on the sides of the screen panel, it looked as if the curved into the borders, thus giving it a dim side edge. That really bothered me, as it was quite noticeable when looking at the screen (at least in my opinion). It may not be noticeable to most, as I was sitting within about 3 feet away as well, so that very well could have played a part in it. In the end though, it ended up not working for what I was wanting to achieve and so I returned it.

Needed a replacement for an old LG that died. This has been everything and more. Easy set up, Sound was adjustable to accommodate a hard of hearing elderly parent. The only issue I had in set up was having it tune directly to Comcast/Xfinity. LG online live chat support said that there was not a way to fix this. I emailed corporate and the very next day they had a solution and now when the tv is turned on it's on cable. Highly recommend LG and this make/model.

Loved the first one so much I had to buy a second. It’s a nice size for a small room. The picture quality is great, and I love how user friendly it is. Got rid of all the cables and wires, as all my viewing needs are right there on the Home Screen. A must have for any office, workout room, or bedroom, and just if you’re looking to get organized, de-clutter, and un-complicate your home life. A final plus, it’s also a great price!
