Bought this together with the stackable dryer. Assembly was a little cumbersome due to space limitations, definitely need two adults to do safely. Washer had a mild factory smell that disappeared after first few washes. Cleans well despite using hard water. Is reasonably quiet and although we got the most basic model currently offered, it has all the options we need. Large size allows to wash bed covers, comforters, blankets etc easily, however also means that one can’t really do small loads of “fancy” items (wool or other delicate fabrics). One thing that gets a little annoying- when using it with the stacked dryer, the stacking hardware impedes the ability of the detergent tray to pull out smoothly - must use force to pull the tray out (could potentially shorten lifespan). Overall we’re happy with the washing machine. Hopefully will last a while.

This LG washing machine came highly recommended by a service technician who came out to my home for my previous washer. It cleans so quietly and efficiently. I love all of the washing options including the ability to change the speed of the spin cycle. I also like the size of the tub, it easily accommodates king size bedding. My last LG set was purchased used at 3 years old and they were still going strong when I just finally upgraded. That was 15 years of solid service. I moved to these to get a bit more capacity and because it was time to finally move up. This washer does a fantastic job and can wash 2 comforters at the same time with ease. I can wash a full bed set in a single load and it comes out clean. Looking forward to having this set for a long time. My one and ONLY complaint is the Child Lock features. My daughter loves pushing the buttons and the child lock will not lockout the power button. This means in the middle of a wash the machine can be turned off by tiny fingers as they walk by. Please Please LG and others, Include the POWER button in the CL feature. I for one would greatly appreciate it in 15 years when I upgrade again.

So far I have been very happy with my purchase. I checked online with Consumer Reports and they rank the LG models very highly. It runs quietly and the clothes smell fresh. Out of habit, I leave the door of the washer open due to the moisture present on the door after running a load. The controls are easy to use and seem to have all of the settings covered. I previously owned a brand that starts with S and rhymes with "ransom" ;-) that initially was a good washer but had issues shortly after the warranty was over. Bummer.

Easy to use, works great, makes hardly any noise and I am satisfied with my purchase, I was renting a washer for years but I thought it was time to get my own, now I’m excited to get the dryer.

Had this for a few months now and my wife and I love it. Perfect size and color for our laundry room. Definitely gets our clothes nice and clean. Love the presets for different types of loads.

We previously got a Samsung from Best Buy that lasted about 10 years until the computer went in it. I had replaced one other part in that time, I don't remember what. But now, we feel that we've just purchased an upgrade with this LG. It's worked perfectly from the start. Easily Stackable. Best Buy Delivery guys were on-time and efficient. Fast and clean. We do hope we can get a few more than 10 years out of it. The reviews and professional opinions online promise that it will.

These washer is silky smooth silent, fast effective very customizable but also very easy to use, pause and resume id you forget to put in something. So good we want another pair.

Does a wonderful job of cleaning the clothes. It replaced a 9 year old LG washer that was super large, and I like that this one makes your clothes seem so much cleaner. It is very quiet. The older washer that I had , had a lot more settings and I find that they were not necessary, this one is perfect. I love LG appliances, and try to only purchase LG. My refrigerator, dishwasher and dryer are also LG, and I love them also. When it is time to upgrade my range and microwave they will be LG.

The LG washing machine 5 kg capacity is very comfortable to use by everyone. We really love it. Our previous washer busted on a random day, it gave up on us. Found this beauty here on best by and it arrived just in time. It fits perfectly in our basement and was easy to move with a dolly cart. The hook up was easy, plug in was simple, even my kids started wanting to do laundry. Their favorite part is the sweet chime when the cycle is finished. As in the name it really is fast and efficient! We appreciate the delivery drivers for arriving as fast as they did. We see this efficient washer lasting us for a long while!

Very efficient, all i use is quick wash setting that lasts 20 minutes, i believe thats all it takes to wash average soiled clothing. My settigns are as follows: Soil set to Normal, temperature set to tap cold, spin on medium. Result is always clean clothes on those energy efficient settings. This washer is very quiet.

Pretty color and super quiet it says in not HE but takes HE detergents. The capacity is very large. So far I like everything about it

This has been a great washing machine so far. Definitely need two people to unload it as its on the heavier side (which is good.) The knob that you turn feels a little cheap but it functions well. My clothes have never smelled better! Worth the money.

Excellent front load washer gave me a good cleaned smelling clothes all the time . Will recommend this brand to my relatives, friends and co workers.
