Excellent machine. Super quiet and efficient. You can definitely notice the difference from your older model. The spin cycle is much faster, reducing dry time. The most handy feature is the Ai option that helps older folks to simplify operating. It also has many customization options like multiple rinse feature which I love since I hate soap being left in my clothes. I had it for about 4 months now, So far so good. Very happy with the purchase.

This smart LG washer is so easy and convenient to use. With the LG app, I am able to control the machine remotely from any location so far as I have internet connection on my phone. The machine has several features that promotes energy savings and efficiency. For instance, I can place it on the AI wash and the machine will determine what settings to use based on the items in the washer. In addition, the app sends you reminders about taking the load out when the machine is done washing. The machine also uses HE detergent and softener so you can load it into a compartment and the machine will use it till it runs out. This means you don't have to keep putting detergent and softener in the washer after every wash. Once it runs out, then you reload the compartment with detergent and softener. The interior is quite big so I can easily wash bulky items such as comforters and it comes out clean. In addition, I have even used it to wash sneakers and it came.out squeeky clean; I was so impressed. No more using a brush to wash my sneakers.

We've been very happy with this washer. The laundry room floor is concrete, so no issues with vibration. Cycle times are reasonable for a front-loader. We have a bulky queen size comforter, no issues washing that. No issues getting clothes clean, even when we overload it. I use the fastest spin speed on towels, and it sqeezes most of the water out, so less time for the dryer. This is our second one, I had some small nails and stuff in my pocket, and something managed to get stuck between the drum and tub, and the tub cracked. Lesson learned, check your pockets, but that's any washer. We liked it enough to get the exact same model, so that's still five stars in my opinion. I have the app setup to send a notification when the cycle finishes.

The LG dryer is amazing its quiet and also has awesome features and cute images you can download. Over all its been amazing! Ive had it for about a month and a half and so far its been Great!

Love this washer clothes are cleaned thoroughly and features are the most wonderful., BUT I must warn it was not as easy to set up as I hoped it would be. Level is IMPORTANT! I put some plywood down for a quick reinforcent but since I'm a renter to go further into the floor structure in not permitted to do. Sturdy floor and a level machine are needed for this washer to work quietly and without damaging it. First run I noticed the spin cycle was intense. adjusting the legs to perfect the leveling fixed that but Out of caution I turn the spin down on every cycle which is no problem or pain. When I move, and have a more sturdy surface to place the set, I will use speed as recommended per cycle choice. ..... To recap and conclude Yes this washer is absolutely worth buying, getting help with set up may be necessary for some. The set up difficulty level does not hinder the rating in my opinion this is washer worthy of 5 Stars. (The picture of the inside drum shows an average throw blanket for sizing.)

I love this LG washer cause it’s efficient and when u need to Wash in emergency it has a 15 min cycle I don’t have to wait 30min to an hour it has steam it washer super hot and I had an issue at the house with all my kids clothing they got bedbugs and well let me tell u the washer did wonders. All 3 rooms of there clothes washed in less then a day what would Have taken me all 4 days. Doing. The part I don’t like is it don’t have to hold the Clorox Since it has 18loads. To wash withou me worried.

I got this along with the dryer and it is a complete game changer. It’s not loud, has the app to remind you when the cycle is done or id you forgot it reminds you again. It has a ton of different cycle settings, even an AI setting, not to mention the detergent tub is self dispensing so it really just does it all aside from loading and unloading. 10/10 recommend

My new graphic Steele LG washer is Awesome. I love all the upgraded turn dial features, and it looks very nice on the pedestal with extra storage at the bottom. Now I can wash bigger loads of clothes in about 30 minutes.

So far so good! This new washer is sleek, quiet and does a great job washing clothes with a nice large capacity! Our last LG washer and dryer lasted us 10 years and were still working well. Hope these last just as long. The AI features are cool but we just use the preset cycles so far. Total Tech installation was a breeze! They were on time and installed the new machine exactly the way we wanted!

I really was skeptical, since I have been avoiding front loaders for years. I have to say, I am so impressed with this washer/dryer combo. Doing Laundry is actually a nice experience! I particularly like the feature where I can load up the soap dispenser so I don’t have to add soap every load. I just throw my laundry in and press AI wash…so easy!

I love this washing machine!!! Very happy with my purchase. I reviewed so many front load washers and really did my homework before buying. Excellent product quality and I love the light so you can see. Just push the start button on wait a few seconds and then turn it off and the light will stay on for about 1 minute. It really helps seeing the laundry when taking it out to make sure you do miss a sock or something. I washed queen size comforter with any problem. Also towels and it seems to wash the clothes so much better than the Samsung I use to have which was crapola!! So happy I bought this LG washer!!!!

This washer is beautiful to look at, and so quiet when it washes. It holds a lot of clothes and cleans well. I haven't used the app yet, but the digital display on the washer is intuitive and easy to use.

Just received our new washer and dryer this morning! After several loads, my wife is loving them. She says I will love them too, but I don't want to take any of the fun away from her! Lol! Seriously, they are performing very well. They are very user friendly and super quiet and the guys from Best Buy did a great job with the install!

Been a Samsung fan all my life. Decided to switch to LG cause LG has stepped up their game in the appliance industry. Looks awesome and does a good job.

We've been very happy with our slightly older version of this washer (so much so that visiting family bought the same), and when we recently moved, we decided to get the newer model. This washer and it's paired dryer are solid. We never have "front loader funk" which is so common with other models. The washer informs the dryer of the last load settings, so the dryer automatically suggests the proper cycle. They're connected to the internet via ThinQ so I get notifications on my phone when the load is complete. I love this feature as without it, I tend to forget I have laundry in progress until hours later.

I assure you that the washer and dryer not only get the job done but can do a lot more and comes with all the bells and whistles that one need, I am talking about AI, software integration and syncing, phone connectivity’s and notifications upon completion of wash cycle, auto detergent dispensing, auto load sensing and cherry on cake is steam drying and quick wash cycle that gets job done in 10 and 15 mins respectively, the one thing stand out most is very user friendly to operate for old age people and at the same time its loaded with all the technology and functionality a current generation might need so as I mentioned earlier other that the combination of washer and dryer not only gets the job done and offer lots of features and remote flexibility than one need I suggest to pull the trigger on the purchase and you won’t be disappointed. Nicely done LG and Best Buy for this great product and purchase experience.

Outstanding purchase, this appliance set does everything it was advertised to do. The AI technology is absolutely amazing. It senses and analyses the materials and the quantity of the load then, sets the parameters in which the washer and the dryer will operate. The washer is water conservative and the dryer is energy smart. Our only complaint (which is minor) is using the delicate setting, during drying can sometimes leave your clothing a little damp. My wife and I absolutely love this set, it’s an absolute must buy for a new family.

I love my new LG washer. I love the features and ease of use. I didn’t give it a 5 because the rubber seal started to disintegrate after using it the new washer. Best Buy is replacing the washer so no worries there. If u r wondering if the washer will fit a California king- it won’t. But I washed a regular king sized comforter without any issues. I would recommend this washer
