Excellent soundbar for the price. The sound is top notch and fills the room. The various sound settings make for a great listening experience. Coupled with my rear surround speakers it gives one a theater like experience. It was easy to connect to my LgTV. The Bluetooth feature is a plus. I’ve had various Lg Soundbars and this one is hands down the best. Lots of sound settings and it has the ability to set the treble, Bass and left/right output levels.

I would recommend this sound bar to almost anyone who doesn’t have one already or is looking to upgrade. It’s really easy to set up, and sounds like you installed surround sound throughout out the room. I’ve used this a while and took a minute figure out the sound delay, but once you do you’re ready to slay this grunts in Halo

Incredible sound. Very happy with the cost/value ratio. My room is pretty small... about the size of a 10x10 bedroom. And, this thing blows my socks off. Would buy again. Everything I need. Nothing I don't.

Really easy to hookup. The sound is fantastic and have options of different settings.

I'd say this is an average starter surround sound kit for those who are interested in the home theater experience. It does require an outlet for the satellite speakers. I think that's what they are called. The sound bar and subwoofer also require available outlets.

I received this as gift and it works great with my new LG 55 in TV. Setup and connection to the TV was easy and straight forward. Sounds great when watching Blue Ray, 4k UHD movies, and when playing PS games

First off, I'm no audio-snob. Give me loud and plenty of bass and I'm happy. With some tweaking from the source audio I think this soundbar sounds plenty good, even if you don't change the EQ settings. Is it the best, absolutely not but it's also not the worst either. I have this in my living room for my primary TV and I'm certainly not disappointed. Movies have plenty of kick to them and music is loud and clear. Also love that this system comes with wall-mount brackets. One thing, I'm not sure I'd pay the full $450 for it but I think it's certainly worth the price while it's on sale for $350, you'll be very hard pressed to find better in this price range.

The first one we purchased did not give good sound and did not get very loud. It also had a vibrating type sound during some dialogues. The subwoofer was also very quite. We exchanged hoping it was just defective, which seemed to be the case. The second one sounded much better, no vibrations, and got much louder including the subwoofer. Perhaps there is a better option at this price point, but the second one sounds good enough for me.

Not amazing but good. Wish bass was better. Trying to find rear speaker kit from LG that will pair with this Soundbar. The kit that was specifically made to pair is no longer available. Best Buy salespeople should not tell customers they can purchase rear speaker kit when one is not available. Going to try one more rear speaker kit that will supposedly pair (according to LG).

outstanding sound bar. was awesomely easy to setup and use The wife had to tell me so many times to lower the volume!!!! Just having the time of my life, just for info Top Gun movie is really great on these speakers!!!!

After researching several sound bars, I decided to purchase this LG 5.1. I was pleasantly surprised in the performance of this sound bar. The sound using both for movies and music was very good. You can make adjustments when watching movies to clearly hear voices instead of the being buried with all of the background noise. The subwoofer pairs extremely easy. All I had to do was plug in the subwoofer and wait a couple of minutes. On the music side using the sub woofer really enhances your experience. I did not hear any distortion when I cranked it up. You can make changes to the quality of your sound bar as well. It is fairly well constructed and very easy to install. I did purchase these as a replacement for a sound bar that lasted only 2 years. and the price was good since i caught these on sale. I would purchase these again.

2 weeks in, seems fine. Not sure if the sub is putting out as much volume as it's supposed to??? Also, if your TV audio output isn't set to PCM, several settings on this don't work correctly, so keep that in mind. I've sat and toggled the output on the TV between the onboard speakers and this system and it's literally a whole different solarsystem of sounds quality, so make sure you pick this (or similar) up with your new 4K.

Sounds great. Much better than the Samsung soundbar I had previously. The side speakers help create a big sound and fill in the gaps in a large living room without rear speakers. Dialogue is much easier to hear and music sounds great. The AI Sound setting does a good job of auto selecting the appropriate mode depending on what your listening to. The subwoofer provides tight bass without being too boomy. Installation was easy via HDMI Arc with my six year old Samung TV. I highly recommend this soundbar for the price.

It was a great buy and the installer did a great job. We just didn't like the loudness from the subwoofer, so we unplugged it and a person from geeks came out and showed us how to get rid of the base sound.

I had bought two of these and had to return one. Sound quality was amazing in the smaller room and bigger room but in the bigger room the subwoofer did not have enough bass (bigger room was like 15x20 where the smaller room was 10x12)
