BestBuy is NOT a reliable company. I purchased the TV and didn't open box right away, but when I had time to open the box the screen was all cracked and couldn't get out of box due to how badly it was damaged. Called BestBuy for refund - was told I had 15 days to inspect and return (unless I was a paid member, I'd have 60 days). I was told unfortunately regarding the cost - "you will have to eat it." <- exact words I was told by the customer service representative. They reimbursed my GeekSquad purchase I made with the TV, but would NOT let me return the TV. The representative stated "how to we know you didn't break it and are now trying to return it?" I'm posting this review to get a $25 certificate and buy a TV again - to inspect it and make sure it is not broken. Review your purchase within 15 days of arrival.

The picture is clear and bright. Lots of apps already loaded so no need to search. Remote is easy to use since I'm 65 and the simpler the better. It also shows movie suggestions which is a plus. The LG was a great price and you get alot for the price.

This works great for the price point, but can't rate it highly due to LG's need to spyware. You have to watch what you're agreeing to. There are 6 terms of service but only half of those are required. The other 3 really are just LG wanting to spy on your home network. Also "fun" that it sells your data by default unless you toggle that off

This TV from Best Buy gave the easiest start-up instructions. I was worried about connecting my Roku to it; but it was so easy. Great picture/display! Glad I bought it from Best Buy!

This tv was slow and started buffering from the beginning. The setting to WiFi somehow would turn off. None of the other items connected lost their connection. Just the tv. The remote is very unuser friendly. So poorly planned piece of equipment The TV is being returned.
