I brought a new tv for my husband to replace a tv that broke. He loves it, the picture is clear. It changes picture settings when you switch to games. Only bad things is other people can connect to your tv. It should be a password or a firewall to prevent people to connect to the tv. Please assist if this can be prevented. Other then that we have had it for one month and so far so good.

Great picture quality, lightweight and the software works great for video streaming.I upgraded from a 3yo Vizio in my Master Bedroom. I'm happy with this 55 inch tv. Also, I love that it integrates with my LG stereo for surround sound and the remote works with my LG TV in the living room. I wanted the latest UHD technology but this looks just as well. No complaints.

This tv is amazing the dashboard is easy to use, movies and video games look really with 120htz. I have nothing bad to say about this tv. Oh yeah this is my first LG purchase and I’m looking forward to buy a bigger size tv from LG in the near future. I took pictures of the dashboard, a movies and a video game

Im a lg fan over the past few years, after seeing friends with samsungs, owning tcls with poor sound quality , insignias are good value tvs and have purchased some for the kids, and are still going strong for them, but not for me, and the prices of sonys - are a huge turn off…… all in all, lgs have decent picture, operating system is fast, settings for sounds and picture are decent.. the audio quality is very good, has AI sound which makes quite a difference, whereas you dont need a sound bar.. magic remote is cool as sht, the tvs arent that heavy depending if you want to move it around or what type of stand youre going to use, preloaded apps are cool, they just added a couple more, which one happens to be a popular one for streaming.. local dimming isnt what i thought it would be, maybe because its the 80 series i picked up, not the 90s… but by the end of the day, ill promote lg..until i have a reason not too…

Hook up was EZ even when adding a sound bar. Great picture with plenty of options to find the right picture for you. More than enough apps to pick from and the smart tv is a must.

LG TV was easy to set up. Picture is nice! I have two LG tvs and would recommend them as they last and are a good value for the money spent. I watch a lot of sports that is why I wanted a Nano cell.

Came across this model as it was on sale and I have to say while the display and low lights were great, I had reservations about the LG Smart webOS. Previous generations of their UI were terrible and very dated, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The newer remotes are also much nicer and being a bedroom TV the mouse-style pointer is convenient as you don't have to fumble around for the right buttons. I did have to add a sound bar as in a large master bedroom those onboard speakers were pretty weak. The Bose sound bar synched up with only a few configuration tweaks....super easy. Not quite to the level of the Sony in the Living Area, but also not nearly as expensive.

TV has good picture and good price. It's easy to cast from any smartphone or tablet. It's been hard to get the screen coloring right for sporting events for me.

Its a nice screen as a secondary tv for gaming or a bedroom. The only issue is the backlight on it. It looks like it has sections that they TV can turn on and off to simulate very contrast, but it does a poor job at it. So when you have a dark scene you can see that a part of the TV is being light while others parts are not.

This is a nice 55” set. I have it hooked to my router via Ethernet and my Apple TV via HDMI. It calibrated fairly evenly and has very good/accurate color. The internal speakers are OK, but are lacking low end response. Apple Home Pod to the rescue and now my wife is thrilled. The only complaint is during the day, the picture is not as bright as it should be. But in a darkened room the picture very good. The remote is easy to use and my wife prefers it to the Apple TV remote. It was easy for the LG remote to learn the Apple remote functions.

The LG - 55" Class NanoCell 80 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV was easy to setup and required no adjustments beyond pairing with my cable box. The picture is good and the controls are very responsive.

Excellent value. Interface is a bit clunky. I keep having to switch to home screen, so either user error or not the best default settings. App speed is above average. Conversation audio is a bit on the lower end.

Really pleased with the LG NanoCell picture. Images are very clear, and colors are nature looking. Adding the LG sound bar was a good decision for enhanced sound.
