Q: How does the easy clean function work? I don't have the directions for this stove.

A: This so called Easy Clean feature is worthless. I warn everyone that if they do not want to be on their knees cleaning an oven, buy an oven that self cleans. Not this "Easy Clean " feature that supposedly cleans with water. The pressurized water bottle and any accessories listed in the Easy Clean video aren't included with the oven. I spent a lot if time on the phone being bounced from department to department trying to buy the Cleaning Kit. Apparently it doesn't exist. I guess LG ovens with self cleaning features cost the company too much money on ovens that break under warranty. I never dreamed in 2020 an oven doesn't come with self cleaning.

Q: Can you bake normally with a convection oven?

A: The Convection mode on the LG - 6.3 Cu. Ft. Freestanding Electric Convection Range - Stainless Steel, Model # LRE3061ST is a selectable mode and when either Convection Bake or Convection Roast are selected, Convection Auto Conversion automatically converts the standard recipe temperature entered to a convection temperature by subtracting g 25 °F / 14 °C...^IFV

Q: What does the control “proof” stand for?

A: This proofing feature maintains a warm oven for rising yeast leavened products before baking. ^CP

Q: I just purchased the LG glass top range. i hate it! It took me two days to get it cleaned from just one pot being on there! i had a glass top before this one for 15 years, so I know how to clean them. This one just won’t clean! Help

A: First I take a wet, but well squeezed sponge and thoroughly clean the top, then then I dry it with a paper towel, then I squirt some Cerama Bryte and clean the whole surface with the special tough sponge they provided with the range. Then again clean it off with a wet sponge. And only then I dry it with paper towels. If there are some dots or spots - they are easily cleaned off with a razor. Sounds long and tedious but in reality it's a matter of 3 - 4 minutes in all and your glass top is like new!

Q: Does range have a parallel bridge burner

A: No it does not. There are 4 regular burners and 1 warming zone burner.

Q: How fast does the oven pre heat?

A: Super fast and PLAYS A TUNE when PREHEATED!

Q: I have a Whirley Pop, it's a popcorn stove top popper. It is made of aluminum! Can I use it on my glass top stove?

A: We would recommend following the cooking instructions for your popcorn machine regarding its usage. If aluminum pans slide across the ceramic cooktop, they may leave metal marks which will resemble scratches. Remove these marks immediately. ^CP

Q: I purchased this stove. Love Is it necessary to purchase new pots and pans?

A: No it is not but i suggest not sliding them back and forth on the glass.
