Been using this TV for more than an year now and so far no issues. The software keeps up to date with latest versions. Have lots of ports for added accessories. I have Xbox, apple tv, chrome cast ultra, meta TV portal all connected at the same time. The stock smart tv app is also very fluid and fast. Also support the apple HOMEPODS connection with TV stereo mode. Colors are vibrant and full 4k 60hz support. Stock speakers are also adequate. The only thing that could be improved is the stability of stand. My toddler can easily knock off and sometimes and it come dangerously close to being flipped when hit hard by kids. Recommend to mount it on the wall rather than using the table stand provided.

This is the best television we have ever owned. The picture is super crisp, vivid, and clear. We love using the mouse like pointer on the remote. It's also very convenient having access to all of our favorite video apps in one location. We do have a separate sound bar system but the sound out of the television speakers sounded decent enough if used in a smaller room like a bedroom.

Beautiful crisp, clear picture with amazing colors that are clear even from the side views. The sound is clear and loud. I would recommend LG NanoCell TVs. Just don't lose the remote, as it does everything.

I have always loved LG brand products. I just upgraded from a 2014 led 1080 to this nano 81 series on Monday. I'm already thinking about returning it. The picture may be bright on it's highest setting "vivid" during the day, but watching any movies with dark scenes is a nightmare. The edge lit areas drown out the dark colors and makes everything blue. You can't even see the screen if there is a light on in a dark scene. The pictures I have taken were supposed to be in a dark concert hall and dark bar.. but all you see is blue. This is a horrible way to light the LEDs. If I would have known this I wouldn't have bought the tv. I can't use it for gaming because the highlights of the characters hands in first person light up a beam and you can't see anything where the shadow areas are. The gloss of the screen makes it impossible to watch any darker movies during the day. I might as well purchased a mirror. My 1080 2014 tv performed better. I'm waiting until the end of the week until I make my final decision.

Loving it! Fits perfectly on my wall. Love the movie theater experience w/o(rude people and expensive concessions stand prices). I’ve had LG products before and they’re very good brand! My LG tv(47”) I bought 10 years ago is still working perfectly... I just wanted to upgrade to a larger screen and the extra stuff is a perk!

This tv is awesome. I'm so glad we decided to get s new one. It's pretty awesome and the picture and sound is ridiculous. It has google and alexa if you want to use either or or both. I prefer google assistant. I added it to my Google home device app. So I can control from my google max hub and my google hub as well. The remote is super cool. Like a mouse on a pc. We buy all our electronics from best buy. We are elite members. It really us pretty awesome. We will do most of our purchases online or at the best buy on north or east side. Greenwood is close but had a bit of just rude rude cashier. Anyways love love the smart tv and all it's cool features

The most amazing television I have ever owned. I've come along was from using using a television that has a channel turn dial on the front! The quality is amazing and I havent even had the chance to put my 4k HDMI cables in yet. Also, it is so fast and cool! I can control it and use it to control my smart home devices.

This is simply an amazing TV! We are so pleased with the picture quality. We purchased it for a lower level game room and it is set up with sound bar and Xbox for gaming. Graphics are vivid & sharp. We bought it as a Christmas gift to ourselves and it has added a lot of joy to our lives!

The quality of the picture is amazing! Especially if you have a 4K Firestick. You can truly see the clarity and almost 3D image of the TV! I went shopping for a Samsung (non Q-series). The sales person on the floor recommended the LG NanoCell, saying it was equivalent to Samsung's Q-series! I went with his recommendation and was able to purchase it on sale, at the same cost of the non Q-series Samsung! Very happy I did!

Easy setup, outstanding picture. Have not hooked up to web yet.

Very pleased with this purchase. This tv has all the bells and whistles. Definitely an upgrade from the basic model. Nano cell provides a clear vibrant detailed picture because of the backlight. Next upgrade later will be the Oleg. But this is half the price and it's a sleek modern television with a modern curve front base. #Winning

Excellent picture. Very glad we went the route for a new TV. LG definitely is quality. Most of my appliances are LG. One cannot ask for a better picture. And, the sound is surprisingly very good.

I’m terribly disappointed in this TV due to light bleed into the black bars above and below the picture when watching in widespread format. It’s horribly distracting. I filed a warranty claim and a technician replaced the screen today but the problem persists. He said it is an issue with the technology of the edge lit screen. I called LG a few minutes ago to tell them this and they told me they have to read the technician’s diagnostic report before deciding what action to take next and for me to call back tomorrow. It was purchased in November 2020 and I noticed the problem in December. The picture is great in full screen mode and initially I thought maybe it was a streaming issue or a settings adjustment so I didn’t worry about it right away. I finally had a chance to go and ask someone at Best Buy and they said since it was passed 30 days and I didn’t buy the extended warranty that I would have to call LG. More time went by and I finally spoke with someone with LG to troubleshoot the problem which is why it was decided to replace the screen. I don’t know what they will do now. I have two other LG TVs that I’m completely satisfied with, but this is the most expensive TV I have ever owned ($900) and it’s the worst ever for watch movies. I’m hoping they will at least take this one back and give me credit towards a different model.

Amazing 4K quality ~ Happy Husband! Can’t go wrong with a 65”... Best mounted on the wall, with a swivel mount, for easy turning.
