I'd like to start off by saying how AMAZING it looks in my home. The black stainless steel is FLAWLESS and absolutely LOVELY.I bought it as a gift for the person I'm living with. It has multiple easy to use settings (I recommend referring to the user manual. It has a lot of helpful tips and notes about preset settings. Many people complain about the oven not working as it should BECAUSE they didn't read it). The double oven is REALLY convenient. We used to have a gas range double oven about 10 years ago (had to leave it behind when we moved). I forgot how useful it is to have. The top oven opens flat, and the bottom oven opens enough so you won't damage it on the floor, or burn yourself. The blue interior of the oven is also STUNNING. The top oven appears to use inferred technology. It can heat up to 350 F in less than 5 minutes. One thing I thought was nifty: it plays a little jingle when it's done preheating, when a timer is over, or any other thing is complete that you need to be alerted of. Also, the light of the corresponding oven will flash so you're not confused which one is ready, and which one is not. The ovens also have a very helpful child safety setting. By pressing and holding the Lover Oven On/Off button for 3 seconds, you can lock and unlock the oven doors. Now I don't have to worry about my brother's children opening the doors when I turn around. As for the stove top, it has 4 actual burners, and 1 warmer. All of which, work fantastically. One burner is labeled an ULTRA Burner. It does exactly what you think it does. Also, now you can limit or stretch the area of heat to better suit the pan your using (and protect unsuspecting children's fingers). By turning the stove top knobs left or right, you can choose for all of the wrings to heat up (larger pots and pans), or just the inner half of them (for small pots and pans). Why waist electricity when you don't have too? Oven also has smart diagnostics. If you believe something is wrong with your oven, you can hold your phone up to the oven, and it will run a diagnostics test and record it on your phone immediately (through it's app). Unfortunately, the app needs much work. The app is designed for Androids; not apple phones. It does have an app on the apple store, but it's not easy to step up (this process can get frustrating. it takes trial and error to find the right oven setting to run the test and figure out where to press for the jingle to sound) (fyi, press and hold the START button on this oven model to get the diagnostics sound to play). Still have not figured out the tag function, so I can't adjust the self cleaning or other oven options through the app. No instructions are available on the app either. Only other flaw I am currently aware of is the material of the stove stop. Fair warning: it is not the glass stove tops your used to. It can scratch easily. NEVER let your pot or pan drag along the stove top, and don't let and food or liquids fall on a ht burner (the later is just inconvenient to clean). I 100% recommend using the recycle and install program offered through best buy. They will uninstall and move your old oven anywhere you want in the house, (if you want it recycled, they'll take it with them) and they'll professionally unpack, install, test, and clean the item for you. They'll also answer any questions you may have about it.

This double oven range was exactly what I was looking for. One of the higher capacity ovens you'll find. We purchased this range along with the microwave, and dishwasher. Looks great, and the multiple functions are convenient, and easy to operate.

This LG stove offers dual-oven and true convection cooking. Smooth five burner glass cook surface. Attractive design. A great upgrade for a modern kitchen. Upper oven is perfect for small, quick meals. Lower convection oven is great for baking and larger family gatherings. Looking forward to many years of service.

This is a great range so far. Wife loves the double ovens and there is plenty of space for just about anything you would care to cook. So far we have only started using some of the advance features. Ovens and cook tops heat up quickly and is a joy to use.

Bought this new range in time for holiday cooking and baking. I knew what I wanted in a new range, but was pleased to find that some of the features I didn't ask for, that came with this model were very useful. i.e. the pizza feature where I don't need to pre-heat the oven and waste time and energy. Love the quick heating element for cooking as well as the three level large burner. Makes it easy to use and more energy efficient. The slide out rack is really nice when making a roast and/or basting a turkey. No more lifting out of the oven to tend to the cooking. I enjoy cooking and canning; this range offers me all the features I could ask for. Highly recommend.

I love this oven, it's great for me because I like to bake a fair amount. It's nice to use the little top oven for smaller things, it heats up quick. There's different setting for alerts and stuff, the lights can flash for timers which is good if you are hard of hearing, although you can adjust the volume for the alarm and it gets pretty loud. The multi size burners are really useful, and it came with a little cleaner and scrubby which makes it easy to keep clean. I saw some reviews that felt the knobs moved too easily, that it was a risk to lean on them and potentially turn the burners on but I really don't feel that way. You have to push it in to turn it and even when I'm leaning and reaching across it I've never come close to turning a knob. Maybe it's a risk if you have small children but it has a lock or shut off feature, so like if you go on vacation you know that the oven won't accidentally turn on. They thought of everything ! And the roll out rack in the bottom oven is great. The bottom is much lower than a standard oven so it might not be good for someone who can not bend down low. It boils fast and there's no funk gathering under the burners or rusting out the drip pans like on my old electric oven. I have no complaints so far.

The oven is wonderful, until it breaks. After 21 months, this oven stopped working. Even though it was outside the one year warranty period, LG agreed to repair or replace the unit. After FIVE weeks, three promises of call backs which didn't happen, and three supposed escalations I have still not received any service and LG says that I need to understand their queue, be patient, and keep my line open for them to call. Three times now an employee has said they will personally monitor my case and call me on a specific day (sometimes a specific time) to give me an update and that call NEVER comes. I only get an update when I call them and the response is always a run-around. After five weeks they say they couldn't find a service center willing to take the order so they'll replace it. But another employee asked me to find a service center (I refused, that's their job). Buying LG appliances was a huge mistake on my part. The one-year warranty should have been a red flag but the reviews were so great. But because the company does not care about their customers, I could never recommend any LG product to anyone. This is the last LG product to enter my home.

I roast vegetables and meat quite often and it was hard to get all the items of a meal done at the same time until we got this double oven. We are still getting used to all of the singing...we bought 4 LG appliances and they all serenade us, but all the features more than make up for that. It is easy to turn on the front knobs, but I read another review today that indicates they do come off, so I will try that.

I researched this oven online before my purchase and compared it to several others. This is by far the best bang for the buck. I had owned the Maytag Gemini and the one thing I didn't like about it was the top oven was too short and sometimes rolls burned. The LG has a taller top oven and this doesn't happen. I like the convenience of the convection option. The oven did th self cleaning easily. Best Buy gave excellent service in the purchase of this product. They arrived on time for delivery and they were very efficient.

So far so good after about four months with this range. Our first double oven, and that’s been a lifesaver at times. The controls on the forward panel are really convenient, with great options for width of heat field on most burners. Some people said it’s easy to pop a burner on accidentally, and yeah- we’ve done it a couple of times too. If you just get into the habit of checking it with a quick glance before you leave the cooking area though (which your homeowners insurer would advise with any unit), it’s not that big a problem. The range top is quick to heat, effective, reasonably easy to clean. The convection oven on bottom is our favorite now; it’s very effective with a nice blue ceramic liner. Top has one too, but note that because it’s a smaller oven, anything too thick in that one may be so close to the top burner if it comes on in some modes, you’ll burn the top of what you’re cooking! Overall, we’re happy with the purchase and got a good price from Best Buy.

Everything I hoped for in a double oven. Has two timers which is great. Some reviews indicated the front knobs turn on too easily if bumped, but we have not had that problem at all. The touch panel is easy to use.

Love this range. The double oven gives us options for baking different things at the same time. The size of the ovens is larger than most other double ovens we looked at. The stove top heats quickly. Controls are easy to use.

Love my LG double oven. Just wish it was digital like my former LG double oven! Really not fond of the knobs on the front. Really easy to bump them and change the setting accidentally

I was very lucky and purchased this range as an open box display for $630 after several incentives for presidents day. At that price, the value is absolutely astronomical. The double ovens have been a godsend, but even more so, the infrared broiler in the top oven has the ability to replace my gas grill. We have small children, and LG even added in a lock feature that not only locks the ovens, but keeps the burners from turning on. This has easily been one of our smarter purchases, and I would not hesitate to purchase again at retail price.

I have enjoyed the many features of this double oven range.since I purchased it. The stove top heats my pans evenly and also gives me many choices of burner sizes to fit the size of the pan I am using. I love having two ovens. The cleaning feature is so nice and and allows me to Keep the ovens clean without a whole lot of trouble.

Our old range had died, so I went on-line and ordered this one through Best Buy. It was quick and easy. The idea of a double oven range is brilliant as opposed to our old one that had a "warming drawer" at the bottom, which we never used. It great now to be able to cook two different things that require different temperatures. We are very happy with our new oven.

Absolutely love the style and design of this dual oven electric range by LG. Having the knobs at the front eliminates reaching over hot pots. So many burner sizes to choose from plus warming and a supercharged one for instant boiling. The ovens both work beautifully. I do have a thermometer in them and one seems to run a little hot but maybe it was where the thermometer was located. I wish there was a place to hang the thermometer. The inside periwinkle color is super nice! I also had to recently use the quick clean function on the top, smaller oven. I thought it wasn't working because it didn't heat up a lot but then I watched a YouTube movie that stated the top oven will not get hot on the electric model during the easy clean or quick clean function. It was still easy to scrape and clean the stuff that ran over from the pizza. The overall design is just beautiful. We got the black stainless. We didn't even consider some other manufacturers because we thought the handles and design were unattractive. Yes, the appliance needs to work great but looks are also important. The only thing I miss is a bottom drawer to store things like the spray bottle that comes with the oven for cleaning. Overall, we really love it and hope it performs well for many years!
