Still early and I have only done a few loads of laundry, the LG has performed great! Very easy to use and cleans great! Will post more as I wash more loads

LOVE THESE!!..I love the LG washer and dryer...beautiful color..nice style..very user friendly..cleans clothes thoroughly and efficiently...I love using the wifi remote feature to start up the washing and drying cycle from my phone...was going to purchase a different brand but am so glad I chose the LG!

I can't yet recommend it since I only used it once since it was delivered. So far so good with the LG washer and dryer. Installation on the second floor with narrow stairs was flawless. Now I am trying to buy an LG refrigerator on the BestBuy website, but it won't let me schedule delivery and complete the transaction. I tried several times yesterday and then again today, but I get the same screen as the image shows. I also clicked on the "Give Feedback" option at the bottom of the screen, but nothing happens. I would give a five star, but since I am having so much trouble buying online I am giving it 4 stars.

I’m in love with my new set. This LG set is sleek looking but most importantly works well. The two door option is convenient. My family and I enjoy using the app as well. Great buy! My following pictures gives an idea of what they look like. The LIGHT ONLY comes on when you’re loading and unloading. It does not remain on any other time. I wish it had an option to remain on. I like the look.

Yesterday my new LG washer and dryer was delivered. The 2 guys who delivered it were very kind and courteous. They did a great job installing. The delivery went very smooth! They were here for about 35 minutes. I did my first load of clothes, and my new machines are wonderful! I love all the features. They had really good reviews!! Plus, Best Buy had the lowest price!! I love my new LG washer and dryer!!!

Great dryer! This dryer is quiet, which is nice in a second floor laundry room.

I like the washer and dryer but not happy with washer instillation washer drain hose is kinked.

Exactly what I was looking for. Looks nice, quiet, dries decent-sized loads & plenty of functions. Has pleasant chime sounds instead of annoying buzzer sound for end of cycle notification. Dryer door opens 2 ways, from the side, or the top if you push a button inside handle. Very helpful for dropping heavy towels in when I drop from top, they kinda fall in. No more landing on floor while loading. But side open great for taking out & loading into a basket.

Very good dryer. Easy to use. Plenty of room for large loads. Took a little to get used tot he cycle settings. Remember to use the "very dry" setting or things come out a little damp. I would buy it again. Love the LG ThinQ feature.

We liked this dryer so much we bought 2 of them! OK.. not for the same house, we bought this dryer then sold the house and the new owners wanted it so we left it. Then when we moved into the new house we bought the same one, just in graphite! Works great, love the door that swings open and pulls down. So easy to use.

I am very happy with my purchase. I've only had this LG dryer a few weeks but it is doing a great job drying clothes. I also like the large capacity this dryer provides. Another great feature is the wifi. I am notified when the dryer completes the cycle. So no more forgetting you have clothes in the dryer.

Wow this is the best washer I have ever witnessed. I pulled out some old things that were un-cleanable and this powered the old stains out of them. I tried the delay overnight and it worked perfectly. What a smart fantastic washer. The capacity is awesome. I cleaned a comforter that I used to take to the cleaners with no problem. The steam powered stains they couldn't get out away. The controls are bright and easy to read. Plus they are in perfect location so you don't hit the wrong setting when loading. Super quiet. I wasn't sure it was working but you can see through the tinted lid and it was spinning super fast. I really recommend this. With such a high quality efficient cost saving washer I don't think I will ever need another one. I searched the house for things to wash just to enjoy this washer. I also have the matching dryer and as a pair they are the best household appliances I have ever owned. Thank you LG and Best Buy.

I bought this to replace my 20 year old dryer. It is easy to use and I love the giant capacity. It has cut my laundry loads in half. I really like all the different setting options so the laundry dries faster. I wish I would’ve bought this sooner. I love the updated color!! Best investment ever!!

This LG replaced an older GE unit in our house. So far, it has been a great addition. It immediately detected a back flow issue in our ductwork, which in of itself was a lifesaver! After that was cleared, this machine has worked perfectly. Having it connected to WIFI seemed like overkill to me, but has proved useful it letting me know a load was done. Takes some work out of having to keep checking on it to see when it will be done. I particularly chose this model for the Steam options, which have been extremely useful. It has worked great on my hats and pants I do not want to run through a full wash cycle. Install was quick and professional. The team from Best Buy were able to correct an issue with the gas line without any hiccups. They were in and out very fast.

Love the compact footprint but yet big capacity. Easy to use controls. Relatively quiet. So far so good after about a month. They also look good in our main floor laundry room which is just off the great room. That was important to us that they not look too utilitarian.

Love this new dryer so much room and the steam feature is a true life saver when you need to get wrinkles out fast… the dryer is super quiet and dries clothes quickly… total upgrade from my previous Samsung

This is an Awesome dryer. I love the steam function which I had to pay a little extra for the hookup component. The dual open door feature is really cool (check out the video). The best buy service was great, they installed it quickly and on time. They showed me and my wife how to use all our appliances we ordered, (Washer, Dryer, Refrigerator) I looked around before purchasing and opted to go for top of the line, LG appliances. We saved some money by shopping Labor Day sales and buying all LG. Best buy has the inventory, customer service, delivery service and price. I bought the 5 year warranty from Best Buy on my appliances as well. I am really impressed by my experience purchasing these major appliances with Best Buy.

I've only had the washer and dryer for about a month, but so far it is working great. Easy to use and fits a lot! Has numerous settings and remote start by phone. Very happy with purchase.
