LG - 77" Class OLED evo AI C5 4K Smart TV

Best Buy officially lists Sam's Club as a Best Buy Qualified Competitor., so they will match Sam's Club as long as the product is identical in stock, and meets all standard Best Buy Price Matching Guarantee guidelines. The item must be immediately available for purchase at Sam's Club at the time of the price match request. The Best Buy version is the standard retail model (OLED77C5PUA), while Sam's Club carries the warehouse variant (OLED77C5AUA). Both feature the exact same LG OLED evo panel, α9 AI Processor Gen8, 144Hz refresh rate, and physical design. Both feature the exact same LG OLED evo panel, α9 AI Processor Gen8, 144Hz refresh rate, and physical design. The variant sold at Sam's Club comes bundled with a free 5-year Allstate Protection Plan included in the purchase price. Because warehouse clubs use a slightly different model suffix (AUA vs. PUA) and include a protection bundle, Best Buy will often deny a price match on these models. Best Buy's policy requires the item to be the exact same model number, and they typically exclude warehouse club bundles or items that include free secondary services...^Ivan.

Which warranty are you inquiring about? The LG - 77" Class OLED evo AI C5 4K Smart TV, Model # OLED77C5AUSZ, comes with a Limited Manufacturer's Warranty of One (1) year from the date of original retail purchase for Parts (internal/functional parts only) and labor, which is covered by LG regardless of where the TV is purchased, as long as it is an LG Authorized Dealer. LG officially recognizes BrandsMart USA as an authorized retailer for its home appliances and electronics. Even though BrandsMart USA is a Best Buy Marketplace 3rd-party seller that is an independent vendor who has partnered with Best Buy to sell and ship products through BestBuy.com or the Best Buy app, it does not offer extended warranties for products purchased through Best Buy, because they are entirely separate, competing retail companies. If you purchase a product from Best Buy, your extended warranty options are typically limited to Best Buy's own Geek Squad Protection plans or a third-party warranty provider (like Allstate/SquareTrade or Upsie) that allows you to register items bought from any major retailer. BrandsMart USA only sells protection plans for items purchased directly from their own stores or website. Best Buy's Geek Squad Protection plan runs concurrently with the manufacturer's warranty. It does not wait until the manufacturer's warranty expires to begin. According to the official Best Buy Protection Terms and Conditions, your coverage start date is either the day you purchase the plan or the day you receive the product, whichever is later. This overlapping structure affects how claims are handled during that first year. If your item experiences a mechanical or electrical failure covered by the manufacturer during the first year, Best Buy will typically direct you to fulfill the claim through the manufacturer first. Geek Squad coverage handles things that the manufacturer's warranty strictly excludes from day one. For example, if you bought a plan with Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH) or Power Surge Protection, Geek Squad will cover those mishaps immediately during the first year. Because the plans run concurrently, a "2-Year Geek Squad Protection Plan" provides a total of two years of coverage from your delivery date—not two years added on top of the factory warranty...^Ivan.

Hi, there! Thank you for sharing your question with us about the LG TV (OLED77C5AUSZ). The LG TV (OLED77C5AUSZ) is the better TV, since the newer C5 offers a brighter OLED evo panel, the α9 Gen8 AI Processor for sharper motion and advanced upscaling, and the latest webOS platform with enhanced AI picture and sound modes. These improvements deliver a more vivid HDR experience, smoother fast‑motion clarity, and smarter overall performance. The older model still provides excellent OLED quality, but without these refinements.
