LG - 85" Class 91A Series QNED evo AI Mini LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2025)

Hello, YoDaleo! Thank you for sharing your question to us about the LG TV (85QNED91AUA). This TV features Full Array Local Dimming backlight technology, which means the LEDs are placed behind the entire screen and controlled in zones. This setup enhances contrast and brightness uniformity compared to standard edge‑lit designs, giving you deeper blacks and more vivid highlights. There is absolutely no advantage or leverage gained by paying for the LG 85" Class 91A Series QNED evo AI Mini LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2025), Model # 85QNED91AUA with cash at Best Buy. Unlike local used car dealerships or small independent appliance shops, major corporate retailers like Best Buy do not offer discounts, price breaks, or negotiation room for a "cash in hand" purchase. In fact, from the store's perspective, paying in hard physical cash is actually the least preferred payment method. Best Buy uses a corporate-centralized pricing system. Floor managers and sales associates have zero authority to lower the price of an 85" TV just because you are handing them physical bills. The price on the tag (or the current online price) is fixed. Corporate retailers actively prefer credit and financing. When a customer opens a My Best Buy Credit Card, Best Buy builds customer loyalty and profits from promotional banking relationships. They have no incentive to incentivize cash over their own credit ecosystem. Processing thousands of dollars in physical cash creates a security and operational hassle. The store has to manually count the cash, verify the bills aren't counterfeit, securely store it in the vault, and pay armored car services to transport it to the bank. If you drop an expensive 85" TV during transport or scratch the screen during wall mounting, a cash purchase offers no recourse. Many premium credit cards offer free Purchase Protection (covering accidental damage or theft within 90 days) and Extended Warranty Protection that you completely forfeit by paying cash. A large purchase like an 85" TV can yield significant cash-back rewards or points on a standard credit card, which is essentially leaving free money on the table...^Ivan.
