This LG refrigerator has been such a great addition to my kitchen. The freezer offers generous storage, perfect for bulk items and meal prep. Inside the fridge, the layout is wide open and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to see and access everything without digging around. It’s efficient, bright, and incredibly user‑friendly. Highly recommend.

Works well but on first delivery, the refrigerator did not dispense ice cubes. The second refrigerator did and the geek squad balanced it properly. I didn't realize that the ice maker cannot be turned off and that the shelves cannot be adjusted for taller cartons. Best Buy customer service was excellent.

Love everything about this fridge. We upgraded from a Samsung and are 100% happy with the change. The old fridge leaked, iced over, and was just generally not the greatest. The LG offers not only more room but the ability to see everything. Plus, the tech is good, the icemaker does its thing, and it looks cool in our kitchen!

I am very happy with this refrigerator. I can easily see everything I have in it. The water and ice dispenser are very convenient to use. The water filter is in a place that will be easy to get to. And, the drawer type freezer has lots of room and good storage visibility. I also have noticed that my salad stayed crisp for a couple of days longer than before!

Excellent experience. From purchase through delivery, it was a very pleasant experience. The clerks in the store went above and beyond to get me the best price. Even the manager got involved. Delivery was made according to plan. Very courteous man. All in all a great experience! Add for the refrigerator itself, it is a great item. I purchased this one for my rental house. I have the exact same item in my home. I have had it for a couple of years with no problems.

The first one had to be replaced because the water filter leaked if it wasn’t for that it would’ve gotten a five star
