This was my first brand new fridge purchase ever, replacing a 13-yr old Samsung we inherited with our home purchase 4 years ago. I researched a lot of brands/models and was actually recommended this one by my parents. This unit is CAVERNOUS...everything is great about it, lots of space on the doors, the drawers have handles on the bottoms (so no debris collects if they were on top) and are on rollers for easy glide. I prefer the interior water dispenser and ice (perfect sized cubes, too). VERY pleased and HIGHLY recommend this fridge.

I’ve only had my new fridge for about a month, so I have to say that I’m delighted so far. It’s attractive, spacious and quiet. It is keeping required temperatures steady. I opted to not have the through-the-door model, and I couldn’t be happier with the increased amount of storage that allows.

So far, so good. Had it for a month and love everything about it. Internal water and inside-drawer ice are great! Really makes it look sleek but still gives the convenience of ice and water. Counter depth is a hair deeper than some but this was a max configuration for a young family of four and suits the needs well.

This awesome Smart Refrigerator is changing things up in my kitchen. It looks cool with its shiny stainless steel design and the handy water dispenser inside. The smart features make it super easy to control the temperature and keep an eye on things. It's got plenty of space for all my groceries, and it just makes life in the kitchen easier. It's both stylish and useful, a great pick for anyone wanting a trustworthy and smart fridge. So far, I'm loving it!

When we moved into our new home just over 4 years ago, we bought top of line appliances from a Cafe. The oven, microwave and dishwasher have been fine. The refrigerator on the other hand was a disaster. It broke on average once every 6 months. While under warranty, it was fixed and we did purchase a 3 year extended warranty. But out of warranty it broke big time and I had had enough and wasn't willing to pay to fix it. So I did a lot of research and found most agree that LG makes the most reliable refrigerators. Our Cafe had hot water in the door, cold water and ice dispenser on the door. They broke a lot. And for a lot of money, it only held 21 cubic feet, which is just not very large. We need counter depth for our kitchen cabinets. This refrigerator from LG holds 26.5 cubic feet of food and the difference is amazing in terms of how much more food we can store. It does have a water dispenser and ice maker, but you have to open the refrigerator door to get water and the freezer compartment to get ice. Both work great and are much less likely to break with use. The ice maker in particular is amazing. It makes large, old fashioned cubes like the type of cubes you'd get from an old fashioned ice tray you filled with water years ago. And it holds a significant amount of ice. LG makes this refrigerator anti-fingerprint and it really is. We were constantly wiping finger prints off the Cafe. The binds are large enough to hold a lot of produce or prepared foods. And since there is no ice/water dispenser in the door, every one of the interior side shelves are gallon jug size, so you can really fill them up, which also adds to the interior space in the refrigerator. All in all, for nearly 50% of what we paid for the Cafe, this is just a much better refrigerator in every respect. Sometimes, simple is better. And we couldn't be happier!

The refrigerator looks beautiful in my kitchen, and it provides a lot of space for our food, drinks and produce. It replaced refrigerator that took up a slightly larger footprint, but the internal space is much larger. The produce bins are nice and deep, the door shelves are perfect size for our large items such as milk and juice, and I'm happy that the water dispenser and ice maker do not take up much space. It has been perfect so far and I'm very happy with it!

We are so happy with this fridge. The design is just what we needed (inside water dispenser, bottom freezer), and it's a lot larger and easier to use than our old fridge. It also seemed like an excellent value for the price.

We replaced our normal size Samsung (after the ice maker broke twice) with this beautiful counter depth LG fridge. We owned a counter depth ages ago but that one didn’t have nearly as much space as this one does. The way we have the shelves configured, an opened/recorded bottle of wine or two liter bottle of soda has to go in the door. We also love have the ice in the freezer and not in the door.

LG fridge has more room than expected. The water dispenser is also a very nice feature located inside the fridge. Great purchase and the Best Buy team was amazing.

Great fridge so far. Water doesn't take up any space at all and the ice is in the freezer. I did have to set both a little cooler than factory settings. The app is OK. It doesn't show actual temp. Just if temp is being maintained or not. Crisper drawers don't have a humidity control. Good fridge for the money. Lots of space.

This fridge/freezer is perfect for our family! Fridge and freezer space is more than adequate for all of our needs, and well-organized using shelves, drawers in both fridge & freezer sections, and 6 oversized pockets in the refrigerator doors (3 in each door) for separation and organization of dairy products, drinks, condiments, and assorted other groupings of food products. This refrigerator/freezer is likely to be the home purchase I use the most and realize the most satisfaction from all year! I’m eager to open its doors and plan meals more than ever - because it’s so easy to see what I’ve purchased and ensure that I plan to eat/serve my food purchases while it’s all still fresh. Besides which, the appliance is really attractive to look at - an important feature since the fridge/freezer sits at the center of my kitchen! Well done LG and BestBuy!!

A great replacement for my outdated side-by-side and a significant upgrade for my kitchen, along with the new stove, microwave and dishwasher. It's been less than a week since BB did the installation, but I'm very happy with it. Size and style are perfect for my needs...and controlling temperature / ice maker settings from the app is kinda cool.

Owned this refrigerator for just over a year now — here are a few things to be aware of: - door shelves are not height adjustable, they are set where they are… if you have something taller than a gallon of milk, it will not be able to stand up anywhere without removing an interior shelf - interior shelf adjustability is very limited — we like the shelves to be level with one another and unfortunately I can’t stand up a bottle of beer unless it’s in the door - in order to access the large flatter interior drawer, both doors must be open (this is quite annoying pretty much always, we wish it was divided in 2) - freezer is large (over 1/3 of the entire unit) and somewhat clunky… good luck opening or closing it without causing some noise - the LG app is a great feature but expect excessive unnecessary notifications + makes ice like a champ + internal water is great + sleek look, fingerprint free (1 yo + 3 yo) + airtight doors and consistent cooling/freezing

I bought my first LG refrigerator when I replaced my entire kitchen in 2013. It looked great and worked flawlessly for 11 years till I sold my home and moved to Colorado Springs in 2024. My new home came with an older refrigerator and when Best Buy held their recent kitchen appliance sale, I knew it was time to buy a new LG fridge. I love the French door and lower freezer design. I recommend this product.

We bought an open box lg fridge from Best Buy. There were some small scratches down the side that are not visible when it’s in our kitchen and one tiny dent that’s not very noticeable. Huge savings! The fridge is very spacious on the inside. Deep door pockets store a ton. The water dispenser is on the inside of the fridge and works well. The icemaker is in the freezer drawer and works well. Great value. Plus my husband loves the app that gives him alerts if the doors or drawer are left open too long.

it best decision we made to buy this new refrigerator... easy to install. good size for our family. i love the water dispenser inside and the ice maker inside the freezer. This is the best part i love is the ice maker.. i have a lot of issues with my old one.. LG is my no. 1 appliances now..

Love my new frig. It has lots of freezer space, large ice bucket. Its been a great frig. So far, i would recomend it to friends!

Little details in big fridge matter ! From the small shelf at the bottom of each door for the items we need for recipes but only occasionally use - to the amazing drawer under the veggie& fruit crisper ! How did I ever live without it ! I swear we no longer throw away moldy cheese because it’s right there to see ! The gallon holders in the door help me store FOOD in the fridge & not have to unpack it just to move milk & juice to find leftovers! Love this fridge! Wish I had it when my kids were young !

We love this refrigerator. We got this especially for the water inside and the ice maker inside. I love this refrigerator because it so open and we can fit so much more inside.
