I've bought several similar products for the kids. I want them to be able to call and text me, and I want to know where they are. They cut a lot of corners on the app. It gives you notifications for everything. Every time they walk 100ft. When they charge the device. They they plug it in. I just want to know if they texted, but you get drowned in meaningless notifications with no setting to filter them. The texting is worse than the typical phone from 10 years ago. 30 characters is fairly arbitrary, and the software team phoned it in. It takes seconds to re-render. It jumps around rather than showing you the last text. I understand the desire for extra security, but texting is a solved problem and this app makes it painfully hard. Requesting from the map or really most any interaction with the app can hang the app for multiple minutes. A few iterations on usability, something halfway between where it is an Apple or Google map, a station to keep it where there aren't cords all over, and this could be the parent dream device to recommend.

I purchased this product after we had an incident at school when one day she was not found at the end of the day....we feel much secure with the watch on her wrist n the simplicity that we can locate n communicate with her

This little watch has been the perfect find! I can keep in touch with my child and i know exactly where he is and when just by using the app on my phone! It has helped relieve some of the anxiety you have as a parent when your child isn’t with you.
