I am always very pleased with best buy and everything that I have either bought or will buy from them and they are always polite and courteous to me and are always willing to help me with what ever I need.

Pretty decent phone that can handle the basics without too much trouble (calling, texting, web browsing) with a little light gaming sprinkled in. Perfect size and weight; feels just right in my hands. Not once have I felt as though I was going to drop it while using it one-handed. It's not going to win any awards in the looks department, but there's something nice about having a phone without a notch or rounded corners. Feels more "phone-like" I suppose. I've always been a fan of LG's Android skin, LG UX. Way better than stock Android, in my opinion, since it allows for more customization (fonts, themes, etc.). My only gripes would be that I wish it had more internal storage available and a better processor. But, as long as you keep your expectations in check, this phone will not let you down. LG, the smartphone world will never be the same without you. You will be missed.

This phone is perfect for my use. It is very well made and has a great battery life. I wanted a phone that was smaller in size and this one fit the bill. The price was very fair for a well-made basic phone. I do not use mush data so 16 GB internal storate is more than I will ever use. Best Buy shipped the phone late on one day and I got it the next day by Fed Ex. I ordered on the Best Buy website and it was very simple with plenty of information. Great shopping experience.

I purchased this phone while awaiting my actual device to arrive. For the price point: Effective and Easy to use. Transferring data isn't super easy nor is having a lot of apps running simultaneously. However, if you are purchasing this as a temporary device OR need a decent phone on a tight budget OR a phone for a younger kid --> good option!

I wanted an unlocked phone and the BB sales associate told me I'd be able to use this with my provider. She actually told me that the model was off by 1 letter but that it would be ok! After going home and trying it---NOPE! It wouldn't work. I almost returned the phone but decided to pick a different provider instead. The phone works great. I advise you to check for yourself instead of trusting the sales associates!!!! BB needs to train their associates better!

I bougth this to take with me in a travel to Machu Pichu. I wanted something to stay connected, and not to be afraid if I loose it in the adventure trip ( i didn't want to take my iphone). This did the job. Not only was good enough, but it was compatible with roaming offered by service providers in Colombia and Peru. This is not a very fast phone, but it was fast enough for browsing info about my trip. Whatsapp and other voice applications worked fine. I did a skype video and also worked very fine. Battery was not a problem. Taking pictures (around 100 eachday) and talking through whatsapp frequently was ok, and I only recharged it during the nights. And as a phone, it was able to pick the roaming service everywhere I went. Now, I will keep it for the next trip - although not sure when.

I had a chat with Bestbuy sales helper online asking if I could use this phone with any carrier since I don't have a Verizon or an ATT account. She said I could use it provided I click to add plan later. I am not going to hold the customer service accountable for wrong information.I have a Tmobile and wanted to buy an unlocked phone before. Plus I need the IMEI# to see if compatible with Tmobile. So I bought the phone and got it next day. I checked the IMEI# and NO!! It is not compatible at all. If you are buying this phone. Please note that this phone's IMEI# is not compatible with Tmobile carrier. It is compatible with Verizon and Mint carrier if you are interested. I am keeping the phone since I need it and will use Mint since they have cheap prepaid plans.

I bought this phone a week ago and its been really awesome!! The quality of the sound is really good, i don't like huge phones so i think this work good for my, the camera work perfect and pictures are so vivid. I really love this phone. I'm still discovering new functions.

We bought the LG-K30 as a replacement for my wife's beloved Samsung S4 Mini. We recently switched from Verizon to Consumer Cellular (saving over $100.00 a month) but discovered that the S4 would not send emojis or pictures via text messaging on Consumer Cellular due to the outdated software. She wanted a small smartphone and the LG was the smallest we could find at a reasonable price. It's a good basic phone and suits her needs. We would have preferred a next generations Galaxy Mini but there isn't one in production.

Got this for our preteens first phone. Good size, good battery. Inexpensive!

I purchased an unblocked LG K30 2019 at a heavily discounted price at Best Buy to replace an old Acer WIndows phone. I could easily fit my T-Mobile SIM in the new phone and it worked flawlessly right away. Android performs all right and even the camera takes decent pictures. Recommended.

This is a great phone for the value paid. I like that there are different carriers available but should not include at&t since it is not compatible. It is easy to use and is a good quality phone. It was better than I expected.
