I am the proud owner of a new 4.0 cu. ft. LG SteamWasher WM3250HVA front-loading washer, courtesy of the fine craftsmanship of LG. Coupled with it's mate, my LG SteamDryer DLEX3250V electric dryer, my clothes are better cared for, and easier to wash and dry, than I've ever before encountered. As a team, they meet my laundry needs, and then some. Such versatility I had not known was possible. Technologically, they're intuitive, and their ease of use is amazing. Would I recommend either or both units to family and friends? YES! They reduce work, and enable more enjoyment from the mundane. Five out of Five Stars, together, or separate, LG doesn't have an equal...

This machine has music instead of a buzzer. Large enough for blankets, easy to use settings and cleans great. The only thing is done of the writing can be hard to read without glasses.

Overall, I am very happy with my new washer. My clothes get clean, there is no soap residue, and the amount of water used appears to be very low. One thing that's annoying is that water (sometimes a LOT of water) is left in the detergent dispenser tray. I live in an area that has high humidities and the threat of mold is everywhere. Having water left in the dispenser is not an optimal situation due to the opportunity for mold to grow in there. So every time I do a load of clothes, I have to take out the dispenser tray, dry it out, dry out the cavity where the dispenser try resides and let everything air out really well before I put the tray back in where it belongs. It's not a dealbreaker, but it would have been nice not to have to deal with this every time I run a load of clothes. Other than that, I'm very happy with the machine.

My only complaint with the washer is the drainage of the soap cup, it really should drain itself but doesn't. Okay one other thing, the loud beeps are cool, but would be nice to be able to silence or change the beeps to be more subtle. The washer cleans clothes nicely and seems to be efficient in power consumption. It is pretty bouncy though.

Great product... easy to use... 2 table spoons of detergent and very clean clothes. Very quiet when running. Spins so well that clothes are almost dry after the last spin cycle

HE. Great price. Lots of options for cycles. Really gets the clothes clean. But there is a very small drip leak that has already developed in the front door seal. We've only had it for a month and only do laundry on weekends, but we noticed it on the second weekend. No large puddles or anything, but disconcerting nonetheless.

Love this washer! It has very easy to use controls and lots of features. It is very energy efficient, cleans well with minimal water usage and best of all, it is quiet, even when on the spin cycle! It has a solid feel to it and I expect the washer to last for some time.

This is the best washer, I love that I can wash a full load with heavy water soil, highest spin cycle, extra rinse added to the speed cycle and it only takes 28min!! Now the sanitary cycle is quite a bit longer but it's a time improvement over older sanitary washer models and I have no doubt my children's most terrifying messes are completely removed from all fabrics after just one wash and with an HE approved Tide Pod every items smells amazing for days after washing.

We've only had this a month, and it beats the laundromat, so obviously it's going to get a good review. Had a hose loose when they did the test during installation, so we had a minor flood to clean up, but they fixed the problem immediately and the machine has run great since then with no problems. It does take some time to wash, depending on the size and cycle you select, but that doesn't bother me (and I haven't tried the quick wash yet). Usually about an hour, and up to two hours for the steam cycles. The steam cycles are AMAZING...get ALL odors out of your laundry. I hate the smell of laundry detergent, so this took care of the stink from the laundromat machines. Holds quite a bit, too. I would definitely recommend purchasing the 5 year extended warranty, which is still less than the cost of a potential service call.

The washer it is replacing was a 10 year old Bosch Axxis. I think the only choices for a machine that would fit our space was either an LG or Sears as most machines are a little deeper. I like this one a lot more than my Bosch as is does much bigger loads. Even if I could fit a larger machine, this drum seems so big I don't think I would need one. I also like the cycles that introduce steam for extra cleaning or sterilization. The preselected washes are very customizable with adjustments for temperature, how dirty the clothes are, how much to spin them at the end of the wash, extra rinse etc. It also has a little magnet that keeps the door open just a little to let air in when you aren't washing to help it dry out so you don't get mold in the door gasket. I pretty much like everything about this washer EXCEPT when it lets water in when it fills, it does so in many spurts instead of just filling it up all at once. I guess we have too high a water pressure at our house, so we experience a "water hammer" a banging of the pipes, every time it goes on and off again. This can happen every few seconds for a minute or more (what seems like an eternity) while it is filling as opposed to just one on and off cycle like machines I am used to. I'm afraid if we don't get a water hammer arrester we will have a broken pipe. Other than that, it seems like a very good machine, but only time will tell how reliable it is.

Laundry is not a chore anymore. Fun to use, has cool chime instead of an annoying buzzer, very large capacity, lots of funtions and easy to use. Like the fact thats it quite also. Great purchase.

Washer was easy to set up steam function works well especially with children clothes and blankets , quiet and large drum capacity .

Great washer! Found it online at bestbuy at great price in white. Before buying it, I checked online for all brands, reviews, stars, dryer functions, and financing options in Sears Outlet, HomeDepot, and HHgregg. LG steam dryer in BestBuy was the best. I made print out of white LG dryer and went to BestBuy store; they did not have it in white; It was in back order, so they offered silver color on discounted price. Using it for several months now. Great product. Washes without any noise. Super clean. Plays music when it is done. Magnetic door. Settings are very good. Has 15 minute fast wash option which I use a lot. Highly recommend.

This washer is just simply a techno marvel, it is quieter than a whisper, clothes are always clean and smelling good. Love the steaming options and the cold wash feauture. Make sure you dry the door rubber seal and leave it in the clic position to avoid smells.

I bought this machine 2 monthws ago, my wife likes this color and design. It's way worth its price. Well cleaning, there're so many selections. I love it.

Our original LG stacking washer needed repair, so we opted to get a new one. This unit has the steam function, which is quite handy with heavily soiled clothes. A good match for our dryer as well! It is attractive, quiet, and efficient. A good buy!

A pretty good machine for the price. I normally just use the cotton with load sensor function and it works well. I love the feature that lets you drain old water out. and also the holes in the front rubber rim for draining...My old machine didn't have this option and the clothes smelled like mildew. I also like the quick cycle. I used this a few times when in a hurry, and the clothes came out clean! The capacity is awesome...although if you fill it up, the cycle takes a long time. My only small gripe is sometimes it makes a loud clunking noise when it is filling with water, although it doesn't do it every time.

The washer is nice, fits a lot of clothes at once. But it takes a long one to wash. If a load is large sometimes it washes for over an hour. The design is nice. It's quite, but when it adds water to the wash it jerks the pipes pretty harsh.
