Item was delivered with large scratches on the side, and the delivery team damaged the drywall in multiple places. Unfortunately the claims process is impossible to navigate and ultimately you’ll hit a dead end when trying to submit a claim. I’m not using Best Buy in the future for appliance deliveries - i had good experiences until now, but as soon as there is an issue to resolve their customer service totally disappears. Accidents happen but you need to resolve them, not pass the buck to third parties of third parties who ultimately will ignore you.

This thing is worth every penny!!! Works great, its easy to use and performs multiple functions.

Great machine overall. Works well. Only came with 3 hangers (but there are space for 5). Cycle takes longer than advertised. Recommended utilizing it the night before. Really removes difficult wrinkles, but ironing is still necessary

It’s a great product to refresh your clothes. If your clothes are slightly worn and needs refreshed, it’s perfect. However, be prepared to iron afterwards

Product discontinued but I used a friends and it was absolutely phenomenal.

Read the reviews, decided to buy one. Now I can refresh lightly worn clothing without really throwing it into the wash. Kind of pricey though.

Reviewed in the United States on November 9, 2023 I purchased the upgraded version in hopes of putting the steamer closet to good use. I tried multiple linen shirts, light weight pants, sheets, etc. and unfortunately did not help with wrinkles. I wasn't expecting perfection. But should be able help something…I think that it still needs a iron.

The styler has been a dream for cleaning dress shirts and suits in between dry cleaning runs. The scent feature is fantastic and lasts 3-4 cycles. The unit is built well and I believe will last for years to come.

Great product that does exactly what it states. Came with 5 hangers plus a hanger for the pants crease. I’ve been using it regularly and as for somebody that dry cleans his work clothes, the savings will surely add up for an ROI!

Exactly what I was looking for. However if your looking to get rid of wrinkles it's only capable of getting out light wrinkles

Excellent appliance to add to your closet to provide refreshing of delicates and sanitizing of toys, pillows, etc.

Works just as expected and no surprises. Make sure to level or use carpet spikes as it does shake more than expected.

Perfect at home dry cleaner! I don't need to take my clothes to the dry cleaner any more and can quick steam wash my stuffs.

LG steamer is so amazing. There are so many things you can use this for;drapes, slacks, and suits. So convenient.
