This monitor is beautiful. Going from a 1080p monitor to 1440p is like night and day. I’ve definitely spoiled myself with the QHD resolution – I don’t want to go back to 1080p. Everything looks so much clearer, and even going back to some of my favorite games, I noticed details I completely missed before. The colors pop, and the refresh rate makes everything feel super smooth, especially during fast-action moments. The 180Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time keep everything crisp and responsive. It’s also awesome that it supports both G-SYNC and FreeSync, so no screen tearing or stuttering. If you’re looking for a 1440p monitor, this one won’t disappoint. It’s a great balance of performance and picture quality, and I’m honestly not disappointed in any way. If you're upgrading from a lower resolution, you’ll feel the difference immediately.

I had to get a nice monitor with my PC purchased and decided on LG. I have a LG OLED TV and so far I haven’t had no problems, same said with this monitor too. It may not be OLED but the picture is still amazing and the FPS capping at 180 is enough for me. I’m really happy with this purchase.

Here's my review for two types of consumers: "Looking to get a better monitor, but I'm not super into the tech world." - Great upgrade from a 1080p monitor! It's worth the price to switch; the colors look sharp, and the higher refresh rate is very noticeable. You won't regret it! "I'm a gamer/I'm a video editor." - This would be a strong recommendation if you're looking for a strong IPS monitor. I'd recommend taking about 10 mins to research the difference between VA and IPS and see which ones cater to your needs. If you're looking for a mid-value monitor (compared to something like an OLED), this would be my choice.

Not bad, but the brightness is underwhelming. If you prefer a more dim brightness than it’s for you. If not go for at least 400 nits. Still a great choice for high refresh 1440p though.
