You can connect and an indoor or outdoor antenna or your cable set-top box to the RF In (Antenna / Cable) to receive digital OTA programming with the ATSC tuner or the Clear QAM tuner fro a cable set top box or analog OTA channels with the NTSC tuner. It does not have built-in apps, or smart features. It can be used as a regular TV but you will need to unlock its Hotel mode.
