Double vinyl LP pressing. 2010 album from the multi-platinum Alt Rockers. For months, they had been destroying and rebuilding the band. The experiments that resulted filled the studio hard drive with diverse, abstract sounds. Amorphous echoes, cacophonous samples, and handmade staccato merged into wandering, elusive melody. Sitting together in the same studio where they made their first album, all six members voiced a commitment to going out on a limb, to making something truly daring. A Thousand Suns grapples with the personal cycle of pride, destruction, and regret. In life, like in dreams, this sequence is not always linear. And, sometimes, true remorse penetrates the devastating cycle. The hope, of course, springs from the notion that the possibility of change is born in our most harrowing moments. Album Tracks 1. The Requiem 2. The Radiance 3. Burning in the Skies 4. Empty Spaces 5. When They Come for Me [Explicit] 6. Robot Boy 7. Jornada Del Muerto 8. Waiting for the End 9. Blackout [Explicit] 1. Wretches and Kings 2. Wisdom, Justice, and Love 3. Iridescent 4. Fallout 5. The Catalyst 6. The Messenger

3-color sweetart marble effect double vinyl.. Originally released in 2004, MF Doom's MM. FOOD is hailed as a classic hip-hop album full of inventive production, remarkable wordplay, and unique themes. Celebrated for it's seamless blend of humor, wit, and social commentary, the album ushers listeners into a bizarre world of food-related metaphors, painting a bitterly comedic portrait of a life tainted by vice, violence, and jealousy. It was a brilliant and novel concept that gave DOOM plenty of room to explore the album's subjects. Throughout MM. FOOD, DOOM embeds complex ideas within seemingly simple narratives. Album opener InchBeef RappInch is a multi-pronged metaphor reminding listeners of the dangers involved in the glorification of conflict, especially within the rap game. InchHoe CakesInch borrows it's name from the sweet, hot water cornmeal patties, which he uses as a symbol to rhyme about indulgence and excess. Continuing the motif, he uses the Madlib-produced InchOne BeerInch to fold layers of depth about escapism and ego, while the popular InchRapp Snitch KnishesInch critiques the self-incrimination and contradictory behaviors of some rappers. Overall, MM. FOOD is both a social commentary and a piece of social satire, showcasing MF Doom's ability to blend serious themes with his unique, playful lyrical style. The 20 Year Anniversary Edition of MM.. FOOD has completely new artwork by Sam Rodriguez and is pressed on 3-color sweetart marble effect double vinyl. The package includes case wrapped tip-on gatefold jacket and a QR code that takes listeners to a one-of-a-kind AR diner. Album Tracks 1. Beef Rap 2. Hoe Cakes 3. Potholderz 4. One Beer 5. Double vinyl LP pressing. 2022 from the veteran alternative rockers. InchOur only goal is to get lost in the music. We (John, Anthony, Chad and Flea) spent thousands of hours, collectively and individually, honing our craft and showing up for one another, to make the best album we could. Each of the songs on Unlimited Love, is a facet of us, reflecting our view of the universe. This is our life's mission. 2012 . With valuable assistance from producer Rick Rubin, the Peppers find just the right blend of punk, funk, and hip-hop. Even with a running time of 74 minutes, this 1991 breakthrough has continuity and cohesion both within and across the 17 cuts.
