I'm a software systems developer and I work 95% of the time from home. Ran a CAT 5 line into the attic. Mounted the device on the ceiling below (template provided) and plugged the line into a PoE port on my router. Setup was a breeze. Selected to turn the blue LED light off (nice option, didn't like it, too bright). I have not had a single problem yet.

I was having trouble getting WiFi in the metal shop in my back yard. So I ran an Ethernet cable out to the shop and hooked up this access point It was easy to setup and works great. It is probably more than I needed but now I have a strong signal and everything works like it is supposed to.

Very easy to setup once you setup the Linksys Cloud Portal. Wish it comes with PoE
