Smart Lock
Lock a little on the expensive side but worth every penny. The option my family use the most is facial recognition. Also has fingerprint, key, lock and unlock with phone or apple watch, unlock/lock with app, keypad unlock also came with a sun protector. Installation took around 15 minutes. Comes with x2 rechargeable batteries and x2 keys.

Tech Support Pull the bananas out of your ears!
Support is TERRIBLE! They literally have asked me for the model number, SN, and the description of the problem close to ten times. They want you to report via the app so it will generate a ticket number. So Okay, I did it. Now I’m clarifying the same problem now ten times. Listen up! The only way to make this work with Alexa is by enabling the skill. As soon as you do this the Alexa app AND THE Lockly app lose connection with the actual lock. I’ve tried disabling the skill, modifying the skill once installed - over and over again. The problem is the skill in Alexa skill store is absolute CRAP! IT DOESN’T work and there are a ton of negative reviews about this skill not working and to don’t waste your time. Man you can lead a horse to water but good luck trying to convey a simple point - YOUR ALEXA SKILL NEEDED FOR VOICE ASSIST DOESN’T FREAKING WORK!! Don’t ask me to retype the same message I’ve politely shared more times then necessary WITH STEP-BY-STEP PHOTOS to show your engineering team how it breaks the connection with the app!!!!! Other than that the biometric reads work great. No one will ever use the keypad unless you are renting - maybe…

Awesome Lock!
I purchased this lock as an upgrade to my Lockly Flex Touch. It was easy to install and activate, and the facial recognition feature and Apple Home integration work seamlessly. My only hope is that the two provided rechargeable batteries will last a decent 24 months. Although I found it a bit expensive, I’m still very satisfied after three days of use.
