My Favorite Mouse!

This mouse is my favorite of all mice I have used! It is ergonomically correct and fits my hand perfectly, helping me to avoid repetitive stress injuries. You don't have to move the mouse or fight with a cord because it is cordless and stationary. The trackball is easy to use and is perfectly placed for your thumb. It has a scroll wheel to go up and down the page smoothly and the right and left buttons can be changed on the settings. I can't say enough positive thoughts about this mouse!

Incredible mouse!

I've used the original m575, the MX Ergo S, and now this version of the m575. Especially now that it comes in white and has bluetooth, I can't stress enough how much you should go ahead and click "buy" right now. I honestly prefer this over the MX Ergo S, even with the extra features the Ergo has. The plastic is surprisingly very high quality, the buttons are tactile but quiet, and it just works! Looks even prettier in person.

The M570 Trackball was way better.
I loved the M570, I've used it for years, but unfortunately it's been discontinued for this M575S. While there is the new Logitech Bolt receiver, and Bluetooth, this trackball is unfortunately a downgrade. The trackball is not as smooth as the old mouse, and there is more friction, although it's easy to swap out the ball on this trackball for an old one or a 3rd party ball from Perixx. However what I can't really get over is that they've decreased the force required for both the right and left click buttons. It's so easy to accidentally click on this mouse. If the M570 was still available, I'd buy that, but unfortunately I have to make do with this. Logitech's quality really has gone down hill. They need to bring the micro-switches from the previous version back. No clue what the long term lifespan of this mouse is, but if the M570 I've had in the past was any telling, the left click will fail around the 12-15 months mark, however I haven't used this current version long enough to know how long it would last.

Only Mouse for me

This is the only mouse I have used since early 2000's. I have purchased I believe a total of 4 now with this latest purchase. I love how I do mot have to move rhe mouse all over my desk..it has it's own spot and stays there. Manuever the controls with thumb and fingers. Repeat repeat repeat repeat customer.

Really good mouse! Try if you have wrist strain!

I really like this mouse. Asked for this for Christmas! It has helped with wrist strain for sure. The ball is smooth, but I think could be smoother. I like the angle on the Plus version, but that mouse is even bigger than this one. I wish there was a version for smaller hand. This one is a bit big for my hands. Almost all the trackball mouse are. Now that I have tried the trackball, I don't think I will go back to a standard mouse anymore. There is a small learning curve, but once you get used to it, you'll love it.

Replaced older model with new model offering Bluetooth connectivity. This frees up a stand USB port on my laptop for use with external hard drive to perform file and photo backup.

Shape itself feels good in my hand. Scrollball thing feels a little cheap and it’s a little awkward to use but I have large hands so might be a different experience for someone else. Wish the wireless USB dongle this comes with wasn’t connected by Bluetooth as my computer has occasional issues with anything as far as Bluetooth connectivity goes. It is to the point that I don’t use this for my main setup anymore.

cheaply made for their lowest end trackball

i was looking for a mouse to use from my couch while im using my tv as a 3rd monitor for my tv. it worked well for that but the mouse felt very cheap for almost $50. the last logitech mouse i bought was the logitech g602 on sale for like $30 or $40 before it was discontinued, so at least 6 years ago and i still use it this day. it doesnt feel hollow and plastic like this new mouse does. overall not impressed for the money. i bought a $15 ttackball mouse on amazon and it works just as well, and is almost the exact same size and shape as the logitech one aswell. i would recommend looking on amazon for anyone who needs a trackball

I use it every single day for photo editing sessions (Photoshop and Lightroom fly smoothly with the precise thumb-controlled trackball) and for online first-person games where quick, accurate cursor control without wrist strain is essential. The ergonomic design keeps my hand and forearm relaxed in a natural position—no more aching from traditional mice after long hours. The thumb ball gives super smooth, precise tracking, and the quiet clicks are a nice bonus for not disturbing anyone nearby. This is my favorite general purpose trackball, I prefer the more expensive MR0113 with the 10 degree wedge for CAD drawing but this one fills the bill for general computer use. I like trackballs over mice for use with a laptop since you can use them anywhere, they are a much better option in my opinion if you’re not at a desk. Never had an issue with connectivity with Logitech so they’re my first choice for peripherals.

Comfortable to use. Precise movement. Battery life seem to be good so far. My Windows 11 laptop automatically detected via Bluetooth when I turned it on, didn't even need the USB dongle. No complaints.

Comfortable and Easy on the Wrist

I’ve been using the Logitech Ergo M575 for a while now, and it’s honestly one of the most comfortable mice I’ve ever tried. Since it’s a trackball, I don’t have to move my wrist at all just my thumb.Which really helps with wrist pain and tightness. The shape fits my hand nicely, the buttons feel solid, and the battery lasts forever. It took me a day to get used to the trackball, but after that it became super smooth and precise. Great choice if you want something ergonomic and easy on your hand.
