The mouse will continue to scroll even though I'm not using the scroll wheel. Very frustrating. Am taking it back today and exchange for another one. Logitech has always been good but this one doesn't work properlyl

Using for personal office work. Terrible. It is incredibly laggy and a bit heavy.

This wireless mouse seems to fit my hand perfectly and is very easy to use. Don't know how I got along without it! I highly recommend this product. My left-handed friend also found it very easy to use.

Hello, I am so glad to hear you are loving the mouse! We would greatly appreciate if you could amend this star rating so it matches your awesome review of the product. Thank you for being a Logitech customer and taking the time to write this review.

It worked great for the first couple of days, but it stopped working since then. I could not get it work again despite reinstalling the driver or changing the battery.

Thank you for writing this review on the M330. I'm sorry that you experienced difficulties with this mouse. You can check to make sure that the USB receiver is plugged into a USB port that is working. If you have moved the receiver to a different port you might have to restart your computer. The other thing to note is if you are using a Logitech keyboard that has its own USB receiver you can pair the two devices together to eliminate the use of too many receivers. You can visit support.logi.com to get more information on pairing devices together with the Unifying software! Kristi from Logitech

Needed a mouse quickly as my old one broke. Buying this mouse only confirmed why I never wanted to buy any Logitech products. The feel of this mouse is so cheap that my old Microsoft mobile mouse even after very rough use felt much more premium than this. Materials used are flimsy and click buttons wobbled right out of the box. On a second thought, I decided to see how their MX3 lineup is. Clicking is loud as hell, Same cheap materials used just a bit thicker plastic even after being marketed as a premium mouse. Never had this type of issue with Microsoft products.

This mouse is horrible. Bought with my new laptop, It more frustrating that it worth. Should be easy to use comes with a battery! Nope, remove the plastic that saves the battery and the battery because loose so it works here and there. Very unhappy with both my purchases.

Does not stay flat on the surface It tilts left and right when using it Not balanced and makes annoying sound as the bottom keeps hitting the surface as you use it

Logitech has made some changes to the mouse that I noticed, being a long time fan of the model. - Plastic grip (used to be rubber) - lighter weight (now cheap feeling) - no more Unifying Receiver (comes with USB locked to this mouse) All for the same price as the outgoing mouse. Be weary of reviews as many of the recent ones show as being "incentivized". Very disappointing changes to cut cost and possibly to force users to buy their more expensive mice.

It's a good mouse in the short to medium term, but in the long run, this mouse melted my usb port. I would not recommend, it unless you want your usb ports melted. It is however very quiet.

This is actually a pretty good mouse. The problem with it is it doesn't play well with a unifying receiver. If you don't mind having a usb port for the mouse wireless receiver and another for say, the unifying keyboard receiver you're good to go. Might not be a huge problem on a desktop but, on a laptop, usb ports are prime real estate.

Hi Harleyder,
Thank you for your feedback. Sorry you are having issues with your mouse. Here are possible solutions:
If your mouse is not working, the problem is likely to be a lost connection. The connection between the mouse and Unifying USB receiver can be lost for several reasons. Make sure you have fresh batteries in your mouse and is turned on. Make sure the Unifying USB receiver is securely plugged directly into a working USB port on your computer. Turn your computer on. Finally, download the correct version of Logitech SetPoint mouse and keyboard software. If you need further assistance, please contact Logitech support on the website.
