Customer Ratings & Reviews

The Logitech MX Master 2S is hands down the best mouse I’ve ever used! From its ergonomic design that feels like it was custom-made for my hand, to its hyper-fast scrolling feature that makes navigating through long documents and web pages a breeze, this mouse truly delivers on all fronts. The precision of the cursor movement is exceptional, making it ideal for tasks that require accuracy, like photo editing or graphic design. Pairing and switching between multiple devices with Bluetooth is seamless and hassle-free, and the battery life? Absolutely outstanding! I’ve gone weeks without having to recharge. The customizable buttons and side scroll wheel add a new level of convenience, making it perfect for multitaskers and professionals who need efficiency at their fingertips. It’s sleek, reliable, and a joy to use every single day. If you’re looking for a mouse that’s worth every penny and more, the MX Master 2S is it. Logitech has nailed it with this one! Highly recommended for anyone serious about productivity and comfort.

As advertised. Fits larger hands well. Smooth or click wheel. Side wheel is great for large spreadsheets. Easily paired to three devices and rechargeable. I did order a case for it from Amazon.

Been using the MX Master 2S for a while now, and overall, it gets the job done and then some. The ergonomic shape is fantastic—fits my hand like it was custom-molded, and I can go hours without any cramping or fatigue. Hyper-fast scrolling is as slick as advertised and makes skimming through long documents a breeze. The customizable buttons and the thumb scroll wheel? Chef’s kiss for productivity. Where it loses a star: still stuck in the past with a micro-USB port (come on, Logitech, it's 2025), and it’s not the most travel-friendly mouse—it’s a bit of a tank in both size and weight. Also, while it handles day-to-day tasks like a champ, don’t expect it to impress in gaming or precision-critical tasks. Bottom line: if you're looking for a reliable, comfortable mouse for work or multitasking, this one's a beast. Just don’t expect it to moonlight as your portable buddy or FPS sniper.

If you are looking for a mouse, you must decide for the MX. I have had this for the past 3 yrs and I don’t regret it. Best decision EVER.

The ergonomic design is really good (it's better than the sideways model)

Great mouse with exceptional productivity. I love how smooth the buttons are, very ergonomic

The best mouse ever made, always loved the mx master 1 and wanted to upgrade. glad I did!

I really like this laser mouse that i'm using on my personal computer, easy to setup, lots of extra functionality, and very reactive. Excellent product.

Good ergonomics, infinite scroll works well. Side scroll is useful for spreadsheets. Back and forward buttons are in a good location. Battery life is very good.

Great ergonomics and fast scrolling. Connects easily to multiple devices. Battery life is impressive. Worth every penny!

Excellent mouse, having 3 different connections makes it super easy to switch devices, just takes the push of a button. Super customizable, buttons, speeds, the works.

I can't rave enough about this mouse. It feels great, stays charged forever, and can track on anything!

I really love that I can scroll and click without using my other hand and just my thumb. As a student on my computer all the time, the ergonomic fit is perfect for me.

If your looking for a mouse with comfortable ergonomics and loads of customization then look no further! Design: I'm 6'4 and have big hands this mouse is extremely comfortable to me. It's midweight with a mostly plastic and textured rubber but they finish feels great. I think they nailed the ergonomic design. The placement of all the customizable buttons is native and easy to adapt to. Software: The Logitech desktop app is extremely user friendly. There is loads of customization for each button to make to suit your setup best. I do a lot of 3D modeling with Fusion 360 and photo editing with Lightroom. I'm extremely happy with the accuracy of the pointer and being able to switch between a smooth and rotary scroll wheel on the fly is helpful. I also mapped a button to Chat GBT and can get instant feedback to question pertaining to what is on my screen (or not). Battery: Haven't had any issues with the Bluetooth connection. This thing will last a month or more and then charge overnight. Pros: Everything! Cons: micro USB charging I guess?

Annoying to the max, especially since am having to replace a prior Keyboard who's number 7 key did NOT work reliably since day one! To purchase the replacement, it took me MORE THAN TWO HOURS via your lousy site, plus the annoying BB CitiBank not allowing me to charge. At least the C/S guy therefrom did, at last help. The chats were worthless... keep up torturing your most loyal (over 35 years) customers, and see how long y'all will remain in business! Then the review link did NOT work - get your Programmers to go back to Programming School! REALLY! I'm certified in Software Quality Assurance, and it never 'passes'!

Love this mouse. I wore out my other one like this so I wanted to get a new one. Got this for a good price as well. Didn't feel I needed to pay the extra money for the Master 3S version. This one is great. I is great on any surface, including glass. I use the side scroll wheel all the time and is one of the best features on this mouse.

This mouse is working well and designed in an easy way to use with comfort.

I've tried about 30 mouses over the last 10 years, and this one has been lightyears better than anything else I've used. I work in video production, so I spend a lot of time working, and this thing has completely removed the pain in my hand

Software is glitchy and the mouse could be heavier… but my last one died after 7 years of use and that’s pretty good for the price!

2nd time getting this mouse, first one got lost. Got it again cause its wireless and reliable. I also do video editing and the side scroll function works great with my post-production workflow
